    I have been a client of ****** Financial in ******** ***** for 10+ years. I was informed in July of 2023 that they were joining Wyndham Accounting & Advisory, LLC. On March 11, 2024, prior to me filing my 2023 taxes, I was informed that Wyndham was ceasing operations in ***** and was given an email address to request my depreciation schedules and other documentation they specified they were obligated to provide. I sent several emails to the supplied address and never got a reply and/or access to the portal and ended up filing for an extension to give me time to get the documentation.I have since called both their ******* and Maine numbers and have been told the numbers aren't in operation.

    Wyndham accounting acquired a local financial/tax company in ******** ***** called ****************. As long time clients of ****** we were not notified of this until tax season was upon us. We adjusted and began using Wyndham Accounting for our tax needs. Suddenly without warning, a month before taxes were due the ****** branch was closed without notice. Clients weren't even notified and still have not been a week later. I only found out because our tax account went out of her way to contact us. A friend has lost all his tax documentation and has to now request new copies of some forms from his employer because he dropped his paper off in person (rather than online) he's only aware of the situation because we notified him otherwise he wouldn't know. Taxes are due in a little over a month and Wyndham financial has left clients high and dry, very unprofessional and sketchy (to take peoples personal tax information and then disappear).
