    I placed an order for a bullet proof backpack insert on September 13th. A month later I reached out after noticing that the shipping status was at 'ready to ship' for a few weeks, requesting an update. This request went unanswered after a week. I reached out to the Shop app to report a problem and still received no response after another several days. I requested cancellation and received no response and it has been over a week. I have finally submitted a claim with my credit card.

    Same as many of these complaints. Made an order for backpacks in April. They charged my card and sent an email confirmation of the order. Two months later I have had no update on my order despite three emails requesting an update or expected delivery. None of my emails were answered. Judging by the complaints on this site I believe it may be fraudulent or at best incredibly poorly managed.

    Placed an order for a kids bulletproof backpack in August of 2023. As of October, I have not received.Attempted to contact the seller multiple times, with no response. Assuming the transaction was fraudulent at this point.

    On March 27, 2023, I ordered two bulletproof backpacks for my grandchildren. Despite sending several emails, I only received a response on April 3, 2023, informing me that the order was being produced with no estimated time of arrival. As the school year has commenced, I have continued to send follow-up emails but have not received any updates. The company has been extremely slow to respond, and there was no specified timeframe given when the order was initially placed. I have sent additional emails on May 23, 2023, June 25, 2023, and August 16, 2023, but have not received any responses. I have also left voice messages but have not received any replies.

    On April third I ordered a backpack from this company for $160. I received an email saying it was delivered, after asking all of my neighbors and contacting the shipping company, I concluded it was never delivered, I have attempted to contact the company COUNTLESS times with no response. I said I would just take the backpack as opposed to a refund, but still have received radio silence

    I placed an order at the beginning of March 2023. I have tried to contact the seller numerous times. I got no response. I have neither received ANY communication about my order nor received my product. The seller took a credit card payment when I placed the order and I have not received a refund either. I would like my money returned with a complete refund.

    Ordered a backpack online for $179.99 in the middle of August 2022. Waited a month to receive the backpack. On the second day of my 6 year old son using it at kindergarten an interior portion of the backback came apart. I contacted the company Diamondbackarmor (kincorner) and asked if i could send it back for repair. Do to hurricane ******** was unable to ship the return until the beginning of october. Did not hear anything from the company about repaira or refunds so in november I asked for a status report via email with no response. Expressed my concern with the lack of communication and reported the purchace to my back where I requested stop payment and an investigation. I notified diamonback armor(kincorner) I was stopping payment when they finally answered my email stating they would issue a full refund and wanted to send a backpack free of charge. I responded just a refund would be sufficent on 11/16/2022. No it is 12/27/2022 and I still have to received a refund or any kind of communication from the company.

    My cousin (** (***********) purchased:Bulletproof Insert 11" x 17" III+ PE Ultra Light - Flat from kincorner.com (Diamondback Armor ***), at ***************************************************************************, through their website, on 9/27/2022 for $379.99 by Debit card.Order#**** was processed but not fulfilled (paid but never shipped). This is the current status on the website "Unfulfilled"We have attempted to call both phone numbers ************* and ************). The 754 goes directly to voicemail and the 954 number is busy. We've emailed and left voicemail messages with no response.

    On 21 Aug 22, I placed Order #****, a $179.99 bulletproof backpack for my 8yr old nephew. When the backpack was received on 11 Sep 22, I initiated the return process immediately because the backpack was not as expected and didn't seem like it would offer protection against any type of bullet. I am a military Law Enforcement and I wear wear body armor on a daily basis. ************, from Diamondback ********* responded to my email and on 26 Sep 22 said he would send me a return email the next day. After several attempts to contact him, I finally received the return label on 4 Oct 22. On 8 Oct 22 the backpack was send back to Diamondback Armor and on 14 Oct 22 it was marked as delivered. I emailed **************************** on 23 Oct, 25 Oct, 2 Nov, 10 Nov, 17 Nov and 27 Nov 22 asking for the status of my refund. Several of my messages went ignored but the 3 responses I did get said that someone would look into my refund the next day and get back to me. That never happened. I have also called and left messages twice and I have yet to receive a call back. The backpack was shipped back ******* their 30 Day return policy and I still have not received my refund.
