    We were promised a move in date for April 1st 2023 with everything coded and intact and sadly to our demise absolutely nothing was properly prepared for us. On our move in day we filed these complaints to have fixed and yet NOTHING was fixed or communicated to us on WHEN things would be fixed. Our bedroom doors cant close, our closet doors are broken, our fans are dangling from the ceilings, our dressers dont close, our built in ice machine doesnt work, our shower drains are clogged, our water pressure to our toilets are low, we have mold stains on our vents, our dryer isnt connected properly letting our dirty unfiltered air into our home as we try to dry our clothes, bugs are easy to crawl into our home because nothing is sealed properly, our screens on our windows are wide open and not sealed properly, there was trash from the previous tenants STILL inside the home when we moved in with their personal information, chipped paint, I can go on and on. This apartment was NOT ready and whomever cleared that this home was ready I want reprimanded and fired. We have tried time and time again to find when these issues would be fixed with NO answer. And maintenance LIED and stated work was completed when its STILL NOT DONE!!! I want these issues fixed. And I will stop at nothing to have them fixed.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Absolutely horrible.I recently moved into the ******************************************. This apartment complex is sending all their tenants eviction notices stating they did not pay or have unpaid late fees. When you call and ask about it the staff rudely tells you that everyone got one because they dont have their billing under control. When I asked to have it removed, nobody could tell me what the fee is- why its there- and they cant make it go away. The office staff never answers the phone so youre forced to go into the office. I went in today and was upset, so I was crying and telling the manager the LONG list of issues Im having with maintenance, bugs, and billing. She told me I was uninterested in a solution and told me to leave or she was calling 911. I said I wanted the number to her corporate boss. The office manager, ******, called 911 and told them I was being violent, which couldnt be more false. Upon the police arrival- they were completely on my side but ****** told them that Im no longer allowed in the office and anything I need- I can reach out via email. Ive reached out via email 6-7 times and never received a response. I called the apartment phone and never received a response. The reason I had to go into the office was because they refused to answer my calls and e-mails. And now Im not allowed to come into the office? Ive only been living there since June 30th. This is happening to so many of their residents but nobody will do anything about it. They cant keep office staff so everything is so out of control and the paying tenants are the ones suffering and paying the consequences. I know one tenant who is completing their own repairs because the complex managers refuse to send anyone out to fix anything. When I moved in, they moved me in with no water, no sink piping, no lighting in several rooms, infested with ants (that they repeatedly will not send pest control for). THE RESIDENTS ARE DESPERATE FOR HELP. PLEASE HELP!
