    This company told me in August of 2024 that they would attempt to help us recover a settlement from our landlord insurance policy for damages done to our rental property. They advised me that this would take 3 months for the negotiations and another month to collect the money. They are NOT communicating with me on how this is going and whenever I do speak with someone they say ***** will call me back but not once has ***** ever spoken with me. Its now February of **************************************** as to whats going on. When you do business with a company, COMMUNICATION IS IMPERATIVE.

The insured has been in communication with our customer service department and providing the necessary documents needed in order to go forward with Litigation.

    My wife and I signed a contract with public adjusters advantage on 01/24/24. They promised to get resolution from our home owners insurance and flood insurance because we were not able to. We were told this whole process would be completed within 3 months. After multiple e-mails, texts, and phone voice messages that we have sent and left, we have only been able to contact them very limited times with nothing but excuses after excuses from them, such as: on paternity leave, out of the country on vacation, he's sick, his child is sick he was in a car accident. They have not communicated to us where we are with our claim. They have not told us what they have done, when they have done anything or what the status is. We know nothing . We were promised a few times to be given communication no longer than once every two weeks. That never happened. We have continuously tried to contact them asking about the claim over these 9 months and have had no success. We are in a critical time crunch. The statue of limitations is 3 years. Public adjusters know that as well. Public adjusters got involved from the damages we incurred from hurricane *** that occurred on 9/28/22. A phone conference was set up by public adjusters office for October 2, 2024, at 10am with us. They scheduled it to be between us, **** the owner and ********* ****, and they never called. We were told our original adjuster ****** Mor was no longer with the company. Our last communication with ******, he called us from out of the country on vacation, said he wouldn't talk to us because it was costing him too much money. Then, a few days later, we get an e-mail from him stating he has been sick and we should understand. He said his other clients knew that and understood, but we were not told that?? We have copied everyone at their office we know on our e-mail chain. No one is getting back to us. We are shocked and in complete disbelief in the lack of any performance by public adjusters advantage corp.

    Too bad Public Adjusters Advantage Corp. did NOT have the decency or courtesy to contact us directly with that information. Just like in the past they refused to be a stand up company. They wasted almost a complete year of our critic time with our insurance claim.

    Salesman soliciting while claiming he's not selling anything, ignored my "no solicitation" sign and left a handbill. In fact he is offering a "free" inspection of storm damage which in turn creates business for his company. Whether or not I end up paying or insurance or government pays for whatever he's offering he is still "selling" his services, free or not - this is the kind of solicitation that seems to be finding loopholes in ordinances to continue trespassing on private property, causing suspicious activity, undue harassment to residents, etc. Why are there ordinances for soliciting and yet companies and their salesman can still trespass and bother residents?

    I request the termination of my contract with Public Adjusters Advantage concerning insurance claim ************ for homeowners insurance. According to my agreement with Mr. ********* ****, Public Adjusters Advantage had to represent me and meet with the **** adjuster on June 26th. Mr. **** failed to fulfill this obligation. My attempt to reach him on June 26th, went unanswered. His only response came on July 5th, following the payment from ****, when he said he would discuss the claim the following Monday. Upon inquiring if he had met with the **** adjuster, Mr. **** falsely stated that he had. After I forwarded a message from the **** adjuster confirming that no such meeting took place, Mr. **** again failed to respond. I sent an email to Mr. **** on July 5th, at 4:35 PM - received no reply. I called him on Monday, July 15th, at 12:07 PM -unable to reach him. After speaking with a **** agent, I was advised to contact Public Adjusters Advantage directly. On Monday, July 15th at 12:13 PM, I called the company-received no answer. Again at 12:40 PM, the operator suggested I email ******************************** I sent an email on July 5th requesting to be released from the contract, and again on July 15th. reiterating my request. Ms. **** acknowledged receipt of my email on July 15th and stated on July 16th. that I would receive a response shortly. However, no response was received. I followed up on July 17th. and on July 18th. Ms. **** informed me that she would contact me after her conference call. The company reached out to me and promised to call me the next day, which Ms. **** indicated that they would not terminate the contract. When I explained my reason for the request, she said that the manager would reach out to me the following day. Again, he did not follow up. I have not received any contact from the company and due to the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and dishonesty, I am filing a complaint and requesting to be released from the contract.

    Hi, this is *** and ***********************. We have a case # CHO-00144696.Our adjuster, ***************************, who will not return our calls, and we have been with dealing with this firm since May 12, 2023, has a full mailbox and is not accepting any more phone calls I have texted him repeatedly and he will not return our calls or texts. We are still having mold problems in our ceiling and we have had to pay out-of-pocket for a roof. and we would like our settlement resolved as soon as possible. This is the second complaint Ive had to file with Better Business Bureau.

    In response to the above insureds. Mr. and ********************* claim was submitted to their selected law firm in September of 2023 after unable to come to an agreement with their insurance company. Our office has already informed the law firm of the out-of-pocket expenses and mold issue the client has had to deal with. From our notes, the law firm filed a Notice of Intent to Litigation back in October of 2023 in which a settlement offer was received. The insureds were notified by the law firm of the offer by the law firm. The offer was not sufficient; therefore, their claim went into litigation. Case number 24000110GCAXMX. due to the claim being in Litigation, our office doesn't have as many updates to provide the client. The client was encouraged to contact the law firm for any questions and or concerns.

    My name is *************************, and my wife is *********************** and this is regarding claim number Cho-******** filed with Public adjusters advantage. We were approached by them regarding our settlement for our roof damage and additional mold damage and flooring damage and have been unable to reach them for months. They will not return our calls. Our adjusters name is *************************** and I have reached out to him on LinkedIn, but he will also not return my message. we have been told by our lawyers that they are waiting information from Public adjusters advantage and they will not return our calls. We are beginning to think this is a scam business but they have a decent rating on the BBB so we are hoping to get some closure to our case, and finally get the money, we need to get our roof fixed.

    In response to the BBB Complaint: 

    The insured received a partial payment in the amount of $15,493.00 back on September or 2023. The insured then selected to have his claim sent to be litigated with a law firm. The inured is fully aware of the law firm's contact information in order for them to obtain status on the claim. Our office called the law firm and were informed of the Notice of Intent filed. There was an offer in which the law firm was not able to geta resolution, therefore, the claim is being prepared to be filed with the courts.

    I signed a contract with them around march 7, we had text conversations etc. But since around April 16 I can no longer get ahold of the 2 gentlemen I talked and met with....One phone number is no longer in service (*****). And one phone number goes to an ***************** now. I even looked the company up online, I called the main office number ************ and have left multiple messages to have someone call or text me back about my case. I have not heard a word back from ANyone.....I even had an email address that I sent messages to, again, no word back at all.....All I want to do is be let go from any contractual obligations from these people so I can hire another public adjuster to work on my case....I really could use some help/guidance here.

    They solicited our claim by cold calling. ****** promised us we would have action by the end of April. It is now almost the end of June. They have returned two calls. One was full of excuses by ****** the next one was by the owner of the company. The owner PROMISED me no more stress he was taking our case over personally. NOTHING NOTHING THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY. now I have to hire a lawyer and with new legislation I will have to give away 25% of what shouldve been paid to me after the hurricane to lawyers now. I dont k one whos worse ********************* or this bottom feeder Company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS.

    I signed up with this Company on Dec 19 2022 They promised to help me on my insurance claim. They have not called me in 3 months.. I am homeless and need the relocation money and all the other money they said they could get me. I have been calling them all day long and no respose.I would like for them to step up and get this job completed they said they would. Or maybe I will have to contact my attorney and counter *** them.***************************

    The claim was finalized and reached a settlement agreement with the approval of the insured and insurance company. We have spoken to the insured about the BBB complaint and he will take actions on removing the complaint.
