  This is a scam please run! When first heard about a promotion I called in to get more information. The promotion included a two year term. I was advised by the agent that it would be better to add other areas at additional calls, however, terms would not change. I was OK with that. I also was told by the agent, for whatever reason I could not move forward with the surgery due to medical reasons I would have to provide documentation from my provider stating that in order to receive a full refund. The agent sent me a contract however, the contract did not make sense to me, and I told the agent to explain the contract before I sign anything (which is also recorded) the agent explained the details of the contract and stated that it again was a two year contract. I was told that we got done reviewing the contract, someone would call me to start the clearance part. Time went by and no one called so then I made a follow up call. The agent informed me that the department that handled my contract never sent my contract to the next department for the next step. For this reasoning, the agent, apologize and said that they would offer me extra incentives for the confusion. I scheduled my surgery date and went through the medical clearance part. by the time it was time for my surgery, I was advised that I would be unable to get the surgery due to not being cleared medically to do so. I asked for a refund (because i was told in the beginning that I would be able to receive this for whatever reason I couldnt do ************ was THEM who advised me I couldnt) and I was denied a refund. I received a text stating my contract would be expiring (which was false because I havent even had it for 3 months) and when I called them, they advised me my incentives will be expiring and my contract was only for a year. Yup thats right!, the incentives that were offered to me due to THEM not doing their job, was taken from me and I was hit with a 1 year term instead of a 2 year term !

  Went last year to ** ****** he completely botched me went now to get it fixed with ** de ***** and she aborted my procedure mid procedure. I woke up and she didnt do anything except lipo my left flank, not even my full torso. no ******* as promised no *** completely broke the contact i signed on my surgical agreement so now I will just have extra loose skin. Did not touch what we discussed. Literally aborted cause I was bleeding when we discussed cell saver prior to my surgery because she was aware my aptt was slightly elevated prior to *********** Im stuck with a completely asymmetric body and have lost so much time and money. Do not trust this surgery center or doctors unless you want be stuck looking like this see photo! I honestly believe she aborted because ** ****** is a part of their team and if she fixed it then it would make him look bad.They are refunding my surgery cost, but Im stuck with a 4500$ loss because of all of the preop blood work, ekg chest xray blood work the rental to get to *****, the surgical garments, and the rest of the post op care supplies, not to mention the week I took off work. Literally didnt do anything now Im stuck with a deformed body and wasted thousands of dollars NOTE: this photo is after 4 months after ****** did my surgery

  Unfortunately they really are scammers and seem to be getting away with robbing individuals their hard earned money. I was scheduled for surgery and got sick a week before surgery. I contacted the office to reschedule the appt and was informed because I was sick and had proof it was okay to reschedule. I went to an UC to have a chest xray done to enjoy all was well. I called to confirm my new appt date and asked several times if all clearance and tests were still good; I was told the chest xray was all they needed so I scheduled the new date. Several days later and closer to my surgery I was called by another individual informing me I needed another clearance and I asked why wasn't I told that when I enquired before and booked the new date. I was told I have to get another clearance in order to do the surgery. I now was unable to get clearance for the new scheduled date and was told I can go to a walk clinic to obtain it which I informed them I was not comfortable with. When I tried to reschedule again the clearance febt rep stated there will be no fees, then later that day another rep called stating there was a $500 fee which was the deposit I made. I informed them it was no fault of mine, also this was still based off the incident when I got sick. They have different people giving conflicting information and if I new I needed another clearance I would obviously book a later date. This is total entrapment. I tried to recovery my money from WF bank and they declined my case. These people are giving contradicting information and booking dates hastily, knowing they are getting away with stealing people hard earned money. I can only pray someone puts a stop to this, as it seems to be an ongoing issue for alot of people and they are profiting off of these schemes.

  **************** You are highly skilled and exceptional. I am grateful for the successful surgery you performed on me. I selected this facility because my two closest companions opted for it two years prior. As professionals in the medical field, it can be quite challenging to identify the most suitable surgeon among the numerous options available, given our collective expertise.The coordinator assigned to me was ***, a charming and pleasant young woman, who consistently displayed a positive demeanor and made every effort to ensure the surgical process was as seamless as possible. Even during my recovery period, I consistently reach out to her and she consistently provides me with guidance and directs me to the ************************* with a delightful demeanor.Dr. *** is consistently charismatic and professional. He is straightforward, providing realistic expectations and advising patients on self-care. I underwent an Abdominoplasty procedure and will be returning in 6 months for a secondary breast procedure. Expressing gratitude to **************** and Spectrum.

  Stay Away !!!!! If your care about your TIME , MONEY and HEALTH !!! These people are a Joke Ive dealt with nothing but complete chaos and lies from the beginning to setting up my appointment , which I cancelled immediately after finding out they were lying . To think they are even considerate due to the fact people are spending their hard earned money and planned months to year on hotels , flights , accommodations etc . I Thank god I never paid the Full $1,000 they kept insisting before the appointment because unfortunately through other reviews others could not get there money back . Everything sounds and seems so convenient using the app that they advertise that is until you pay for your contract ( for me )$250 and appointment SX date $100 as well , mind you because of the reviews I wasnt comfortable and told them I would pay the remaining $750 in office giving the benefit of the doubt because of how good the The Surgeon was just pay to secure my spot , But thank god I chose that route . They seem professional but are not and my original coordinator who set me up with everything I was told no longer worked there and that was Automatically a red flag because there a reason to everything , Ive dealt with over 6 coordinators pretty unprofessional literally anyone who will pick up . Also the clearance department, refund department and complaints are all run by the same individuals its such a Joke . Literally a SCAM ! There are way more professional Surgeons out there and even with the communication my OWN Medical Doctor had with them she immediately told me to find someone else and dont follow through and highly concerned with slot of their practices . Its Hard to reach them after you pay I could go on and on . From sending me info with another Surgeons name, assuming the surgeon I originally booked with changed without my consent and etc. But I thank god for all the Red Flags because my Surgery was only one month away .

  I did a tummy tuck procedure with this facility , I was treated horribly as a black female , I could walk after the tummy tuck and the Hispanic ladies refused to give me a wheel chair when there was one avail sitting around and not in use. Now I am requesting the details of my surgery, stating that all I had was a tummy tuck so I can join the military and these people are not sending these documents, its been over a month of me back and forth with calls and emails. They sent me documents ,I signed everything and they still have been giving me the run around . I am tired and dont know what else to do . This is a horrible place and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone .

  Spectrum Aesthetic makes you sig* a co*tract with *o* refu*dable deposit of $1000 . the* they will call * say the dr that was supposed to the surgery is *ot available due to sick*ess , you ca* go either with differe*t dr * do all the lab test agai* or your deposit is go*e . Called my ******** was told Spectrum Aesthetic is fraudule*t but si*ce you have sig*ed the co*tract we ca* *ot ope* a dispute . No legal plastic surgery ce*tre will take ur deposit without doi*g a*y services . Be Careful . Lear* my lesso* but lost my $1000 deposit

  On 4/18 dr ******* performed a breast augmentation. I was originally scheduled with another dr but dr. ******* opened up and i was told she is the absolute best. I couldnt speak with her about what i wanted until an hour before the procedure. She gave minimal advice on type or placement of implant, but did say she thought my b****** would hold 500cc implants. i didnt like going to the max ******** so i picked 450ccs so there wasnt a risk of my implant coming out. I had 2 small holes in the stitches upon leaving. One under my aerola and one at the junction if my anchor scar under my breast. The day after surgery at my first post op appointment they took off my steri strips, something ive learned most surgeons discourage strongly since the strips support your stitches while healing. She told me to clean my incisions with peroxide and neosporin which are not used in the surgical community because peroxide kills good skin and neosporin causes pinkness that mimics infection. I thought my second post op appointment was at 5 days since that was what i was told by her staff but she does that at 7 days and wouldnt budge on the date although her staff were the ones that made the error. I had kids at home so i couldnt stay. they made me sign a page saying i was leaving against medical advice right after they pulled off my steri strips from my fresh, swollen sore b****** I got nauseous, dry heaving and went into a little bit of shock but they still stuck the paper under my nose to sign. Post op rarely called and my holes were getting bigger and they said to keep putting the silver sulfadine on it. here we are at 6 weeks and my hole under my breast is opening, the hole is black and currently the size of a nickel, its still growing while i find someone to fix them. Confirmed by my dr here in town and killing the tissue beneath it. im terrified to go back to her to fix it. The only option now is to remove it and let it heal. i will be out over 10k at least.   DONT BELIEVE THE **** PEOPLE!!!!Spectrum Aesthetics,,IS A SH** SHOW!!! From the way it treats its patients to the patients people!!!!! SHI***!!!!!TREATED PATIENTS .theyre good and on point for taking your money and thereafterwaste no time in treating you like s*** once theyve received your money..had a bullsh** surgery..and they cant wait for you to leave!! You get 5 minutes RIGHT BEFORE YOR SURGERY TO TALK TO YOUR DR..***************** is not hearing a word you say..just her response ok, lets do it.thats it. If SHE KNEW SHE COULDNT ACHIEVE THE RESULTS I WAS LOOKING FOR..a natural round protruding booty.YHEN SHE SHOUKD HAVE SAID SO!!Why would she.????? She already has your money..I followed and did all I was supposed too do on my end. Flew in from out of statestaff was shi* to me my Mom..and results nothing I asked for!!!!!!

  Worst surgery clinic in Miami Florida!!! Thieves!!! They will not return my $1000 when I didn’t face any work done!! They are ****** look them up ! They don’t care about their patients !! I now have involved city attorneys and lawyers involved to get my money back!! And I won’t stop until I do. They are ****** and *******
