    Home financing center (loan# *****) reported on my credit that I am 30 days late for March 2023 payment. The payment is due on 3/15/23 and was paid on 3/24/23. I was late for February 2023 payment due to a major change /life event. It was due 2/15/23 and was paid on 3/10/23. Again, if I have until the 15th of each month to make a payment, 30 days late would be around the 15th of the following month. I believe this agency is reporting incorrectly to the creditors. I was also taxed on $120 extra for March. When I called regarding the extra fees, they stated it was overdraft fees from July *************************************** March 2023. I would like a refund of the fees they taxed on as revenge for filing a dispute as they fees were not applied timely. Also, when attempting to dispute my late payment for February, the financing center sent me person information (banking account and routing number) for another client. This is person banking information that should be held to the upmost of care. This company does not care about their customers and their person information.

    We have attached the Loan Payment History.  ******************** paid his February 01, 2023 payment on March 10, 2023 which was reported to the credit bureau as 30 days late.  We received the March 01, 2023 payment on March 24,2023.  The March payment was late, but this has NOT been reported to the credit bureau as 30 days late.  ******************** does have (2) outstanding NSF payments on his account from July, 2022 and September, 2022.  We have reported this loan correctly.  There is nothing further to resolve with ********************.
