      I had a very disappointing experience with this lender. I was repeatedly contacted by their representative and pressured into proceeding with a mortgage refinance offer that I did not initially seek out. Despite my hesitation, I was assured that paying the appraisal fee was a necessary step to move forward.What they failed to disclose was that my application hadnt even been fully underwrittenand ultimately, it was denied before the appraisal report was ever reviewed or used in the decision-making process. In other words, the fee I was pressured into paying served no real purpose.When I requested a refund, the company refused, citing boilerplate excuses rather than taking responsibility for what felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. This kind of misleading practice reflects a serious lack of transparency and customer respect. Be cautious if youre considering working with them.

      As a first-time homebuyer, I have had a horrible experience with Lakeview Loan Servicing. Since my loan was transferred to them, they failed to pay my property taxes from the escrow account, which led to months of stress and my home being at risk of a tax sale. Despite repeated assurances that the taxes were paid, the city still shows a balance due, and interest continues to accrue. No one at Lakeview will connect me with someone in the tax department, and their escalation team has been completely ineffective.Ive uploaded the same documents multiple times, only to be asked for them again with no resolution or follow-through. Their customer service is disorganized, unresponsive, and dismissive of the serious consequences of their mistakes.This has been a stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable experience. I would never recommend Lakeview to anyone. Homeowners should not have to fight this hard to get their mortgage servicer to do the bare minimum.

      Lakeview Loan Servicing sub serviced by "Mr. ******* is unethically making more money off of you through additional interest added onto your loan.First they send you a refund saying you impounded too much in taxes. The very next statement they claim you do not have enough in the escrow account. They take this amount and add it to your monthly payment, which over 30 years wins them an insane amount of interest. Even though I wired a separate amount back to them with notations and their errors, they credited it incorrectly to the principal and left the payment higher than it was.I immediately wrote back to point out their error, however, it remains at the higher monthly amount. Why do banks get to cheat people and have no consequences? Shame on you Mr. ******* God is watching.

      Tried to refinance but ended up not using them because they kept requesting the same information over and over. After weeks of sending duplicate documents, I finally gave up.Obtaining a payoff letter was very difficult, taking over 5 days and requiring multiple calls.Trying to get through to speak with a customer service representative was nearly impossible and required many attempts.Terrible experience, I would not recommend it to anyone.

      Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY! The initial mortgage process was fine, but when they are actually servicing your loan, you will see how much they care about their customers (spoiler alert - they don't).I should have checked the BBB before selecting them; hopefully you are smarter than I was!

      This mortgage company is an absolute disaster. The customer service **** try to tell you that you cant shout or cussI am the customer and you all have royally messed up multiple times and have awful attitudes. So Im wasting my precious time having to constantly correct your s**** **** I wish this company would sell my mortgage because this is pitiful customer service. They changed operating systems and didnt update our account therefore have tried to charge us stating we didnt have home insurances but yet they paid the insurance out of our escrow account. This company is an absolute disaster and possibly a scam. The moment I come across a couple thousand to refinance I absolutely will to get away from these pitiful people. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST unless you want to have a constant headache and explain there s**** *** ******** times to them.

      I am in the mortgage business and am appalled that because my May payment is LATE, not yet 30 days, my account is in their collections department? They also call every day at least 3 times a day. Unbelievable.

      I would never even give 1 freaking star but I had no other option. THEY ARE THE WORSE MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately my old **************** decided to be stupid and changed to Lakeview ************** I was on the phone with an agent and was advised that when I missed a payment that a lot of people from certain background do that. I asked that lady what kind of background she was refereeing to and she said all thugs. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST.

      Just found out my loan was transferred to Lakeview loans DBA Mr. ****** I have no idea who these people are. I have tried to call numerous times to physically speak to an agent about this transfer only to be put through prompt and not transferred to anybody then ultimately hung up on. I have no idea whats going on. This is the third company in a year that my mortgage has been transferred to and by far has the worst phone interaction and chat service. I cant get any information and I am beyond disgusted already if this is any indication for the future, I am sure this is not going to go well. Every time you call the 833 number youre put through a round ***** of prompts and then ultimately hung up on super frustrating. After trying for over an hour to talk to somebody only to be led back to the chat given the same number and still no live agent on the phone, I did not consent to my mortgage being transferred to this company and I am beyond disgusted.
