    Phone calls from a lots of people that has nothing to do with my company

    This has nothing to do with unauthorized transac On my account.

     

    this is a fraude ( scam) that this company ( TOTAL US LLC) is doing with a lots of people all around the ***,.

     

    my request is to make a complaint, so you can do the report about this company so people can find it online and you have have a report complaint.

     

    because like 30 people calls my company ***** TOTAL SECURITY LLC, everyday , harassing me and my wife , and saying bad things because when they look online for this ***** company - TOTAL SECURITY US LLC, since they dont find because doesnt exists , they first number that shows online which is mine company , even though is a different name and address they keep calling , and this is hurting my reputation, even on ****** reviews.

     

    please make the report , so I can have it to send to this people and go to the police, I had already fill the form for the FBI

    many many people has been scammed by this company , and a lot of them call my company , that has nothing to do with this. Making me looking bad and I dont know what else to do , I filled a complaint with the *** , nothing happened, I dont if should a make a report with the local police?

    Transaction: May ******* I received an email that disguised itself as icloud storage. They showed my storage to me and said to pay 1.99. Exactly the same price ****** charges. Next thing you know, Im being charged annual auto payments! They charged 39.99-annual and 1.99 for storage. I didnt even choose to pay annual! Well now these crooks are charging me and said they are unable to give the money back! I want my money back now!

    Spam emails from this company all day, everyday. Everyday I receive ******** emails from this company. I believe they may have stolen information or data pertaining to my email and name.

    They are sending me constant emails. I have said I am not interested. I have moved it to spam and somehow they just keep emailing me. I have asked so many times and they just keep emailing from different email addresses but the bottom of the email shows the same company and address. I am going to contact an attorney and file harassment charges if this doesnt stop. You are causing emotional distress. I am taking care of extremely ill family members and get emails regarding their care and you blow up my email with spam. STOP!!!

    I received two emails dated Thu, May 1 at 22:18, and again Fri, May 2, at 08:04. Both emails state they could not renew my Cloud storage, that my Cloud subscription payment failed and that I need to update my billing. I searched the email header address and found out:a) Email dated Thu, May 1 at 22:18. User name ending in ************ apparently does not exist. A 404 web error appeared. Also, at the bottom of the email shows Municipal Engineering Technology located at ************************************************************ is a single-family residence.b) Email dated Fri, May 2, at 08:04. User name ending in ************ apparently is a Healthcare and ************** Software Solution. Also, at the bottom of the email shows Municipal Engineering Technology located at ************************************************************ is a single-family residence.

    My complaint is with Total Security US LLC. This company is taking money out of my account without my permission. After investigating, I found out that this is a fraudulent charge. I cannot find any contact information for this company as far as I can see.

    The business using the name Total Add Block has on 2 occasions changed me for a service that I didnt sign up for. The most recent charge was for $155.00 on April 25, 2025. I have been emailing the company and was told that they have proof that I have an account. This is false and now Im fighting to get my money returned.

    I received a notice from Total AV (Total Security US LLC) of ********************************************************************************************************** They charged my Discover card $179.00 without my permission. I requested a refund and was sent a code to use, which I tried several times, but it did not work. I would like a refund.
