    After being told numerous times this company continues to keep calling me even though my number is on the do not call list.

    We are writing in response to a recent complaint filed against our company regarding an alleged unsolicited phone call. After reviewing our records, we can confirm that we contacted the individual only once, on July 30th, and this was our first and only attempt to reach out.
    The phone number in question is publicly listed as a business contact on ******. As per *** guidelines, business telephone numbers are not eligible for inclusion on the National Do Not Call Registry, which is intended strictly for residential and personal mobile numbers. Therefore, this complaint is based on a false premise.


    We believe the complaint is not only inaccurate but also misrepresents the situation. We respectfully request that the BBB review this matter and remove the complaint from our record, as it does not reflect any violation of policy or regulations.

    Not only have they kept calling on the same day I asked not to be contacted they started sending text messages. I'M NOT INTERESTED. DON'T CALL ANYMORE! I would not buy anything from this company. This is my personal cell phone. Leave me the f*** alone. That's the simple fix to this. No texting me either

    This is in regard to BBB Complaint ID ********, filed on July 30, 2025.
    To clarify, our team placed one call to the phone number publicly listed for your business on ******. After a brief conversation, the call ended. You then filed a complaint based on one call.

     We then sent a follow-up message confirming the number was obtained from your ****** listing and stating that we would not contact you again.

    The call was made to a publicly listed business phone number, and no additional outreach has occurred since. Given these facts, we believe this complaint may be based on a misunderstanding.


    We respect your preference not to be contacted and have ensured your number will not be dialed again. We consider the matter closed on our side.
