I had an oil change appointment scheduled for Sunday this morning, which I canceled yesterday. Yesterday morning through the evening as well as today Ive gotten 20 phone calls from ** ********* as well as text messages! Theyre all on different phone numbers from ** ********* wanting me to turn in my new car For another new car. Also phone calls confirming my appointment that I have this morning at 10:30 that I canceled yesterday I have contacted them multiple times spoken to many different people there and have told them to please take me off the call list and then I wanna speak to a manager Not one person would let me speak to a manager! They all told me the same thing that they will take me off the collar list. I finally got a hold of the Internet manager there who told me he would take care of this for me while Im talking to them on the phone. I get two text messages from ** *********. This is totally unacceptable and very upsetting and this is harassment and it needs to stop. I am considering not using oil ********* ever again and going to another Toyota dealership. Their customer service is absolutely and utterly nonexistent. Nobody knows anything you make an appointment For a certain time to have your car service for an oil change, which typically takes a half an hour to 45 minutes most of the time they make you wait between three and four hours and they overbook themselves. This is not professional or a way to treat your customers.

Purchased a vehicle pretty much sight unseen since I was driving 8 hours to purchase the vehicle and I did not want to arrive and the car be gone. I agreed to put a deposit on the vehicle and I explained to the sales person that getting the used EV tax credit was the main reason i was willing to drive to pick up a car that was so far away. They did a walk around video of the vehicle to show that there wasnt any damages to it, but when i arrived, there was a tear in one of the seats and some not so minor scraps on the front bumper. I decided to overlook these and purchase the vehicle. Then when it came time to do my taxes, the tax credit was rejected because the dealer did not submit the proper paperwork. when i contacted them about it, they said they would make it right, but then ghosted me after I tried repeatedly to get in touch with them. pretty annoying when the filing to the *** that they needed to do is extremely simple. $4000 down the drain.

I purchased a car at the dealership on 07/27/2023. I wanted to buy the car and I stated that I was not going to pay anything above thecar price. They tried to sell me several optional add ons: paint protection and other protections . I declined alladdons, then I was told that they are mandatory and they are not selling the car without them. Eventually I agreed on gettingSideCards tire an, I was told several times that I cannot decline it. I was going to pick up the car the next day since my car insurance was going to be effective the next day. We agreed on the price with the sales person who was helping me. During the day I had several hard pulls on my account which I was not expecting. Moreover I had been explicitly told that there would be using the pre approval letter from the bank that would not require any more hard pulls. I came to the dealership and waited a while for a finance manager. He showed me the contracts. The amount was above the pre approval limit. The finance manager told me that this is the best deal he could get from the banks even though I had pre approval from my bank. Then when reviewing and signing the contract I noticed the Service contracts to Fidelity andSideCardsSIDECARS service. (I agreed only on wheels and tires)I asked what the charge was. The finance manager told me that the bank wouldn't approve the loan otherwise. He said that this was the way of breaking up the price of the vehicle, so that it appeared cheaper and bank would finance it. I signed the contract. Last month my vehicle was totaled. I talked to my lawyer and realized the charge is the additional powertrain warranty and ***************** that I was tricked and forced to buy.

I brought a car from them 5 days later the car wouldnt start. When I call them they say I must pay a towing company to bring the car back to them. After talking with at least 5 different people they finally say theyll send a towing company. We then drove to the dealer to talk to them, we spoke to the seller which he comes across as sympathetic to the our situation. We spoke to the sale manager where express that its way to soon for us to be having issues with car, which said to us well you sign the contract the car is now yours. Then he had us talk to the assistant general manager, which wasnt much help, then we were told the general manager is not in. As frustrating it was we kept our cool, they try to say it was a battery issue, after we and the towing company try to jump start and we even bought a bring new battery nothing. So I know it not just the battery. We told the manager to keep the key and car well be back Monday to see the general manager, through the key at my husband which end up on the floor. Finally this nice lady told us let me get the general manager for you, I guess she didnt know he didnt want to see us. He came didnt even introduce himself us and his badge faded couldnt read is name. Hes body language says I dont have time for you guys. We kept our cool by this time I was in tears and my 2 years old son looking scared and try to console me. He did listen and after he said exactly what everyone else said, unfortunately the car is now yours, you can take wherever you want, trade it sell it, sale it it totally up you. We spoke to at 12 people not one say were sorry this happened. We understand you up let see how we can fix this. As a company if thats how you treat your customers you dont deserve to be in business. I read the ****** reviews and I wish that I took the time to read yelp reviews. I wouldnt be in this position right now. Im not quite sure what my options are because no one there is willing to help us.

This dealership has the most predatory sales staff I've ever experienced. One star is far too good for them.I went in wanting to buy a cheap, safe, economical used subcompact and wound up with a lease on a loaded, huge SUV because they said it was the last one on the lot. Even though this was the height of the car shortage, it was still a lie.I told the sales manager I didnt want a lease with a balloon payment. He said this was a new lease-to-own product which would allow me to either turn it in or convert it and continue to pay my same monthly amount until it was paid off. I found out just a few days ago, near the end of the lease, that they must have done a bait and switch on this deal. When I took delivery they didnt want to give me the car mats or the second key fob.Sales people would accost me in a very rude way every time I brought in my car for service. They kept hounding me about bringing in the car for service (often days after it had been in), possibly to have one more chance to bully me into a trade. They may even have sent bad info to Car Fax to make it look like I wasnt having it serviced, lowering the cars value. Even so the ********** offers were always significantly lower than any others. The balloon payment they wanted was more than I needed to buy a different same-year car from another dealer and marque. They took advantage of me at every turn. The only good thing I have to say about this dealership is my service writer, who was quite good. I expect that the sales staff may get even worse now that the ****************** has bought the dealership.

If you are going to get a car at Al hendrickson I suggest you just walk. I just brought a car there. One of the most unpleasant experiences i've ever had. Not only do they rush you through the process, I was rushed through the financing and with my incredible credit. My interest rates are ended up at 7.4. They never asked me if I wanted to have a choice for a loan company, I had asked what the interest rate would be and he said we'll get to it. After bombarding me with paperwork, I never got to ask due to "OK Sign thi, Sign this 40 times and initial this etc.... They chose to finance me through their own company. This company is a rip off and I do mean that in all caps. RIP OFF. Hopefully, the Better Business Bureau will deal with the because that's where I'll be leaving my next message. Once again, if you have to buy a car I would buy it anywhere other than there. If you talk to **** ******. RUN AWAY QUICKLY. He'll talk to you like you're an idiot.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from Al Hendrickson Toyota. Late July 2024 my husband and I went to this dealership and decided to purchase a 2023 Camry with very low miles. We agreed to the purchase price. Then we went into the finance department - we declined ALL of the added warranties - however - even though it was CLEAR we did not want these add on's - they were added to our contract. We put our down payment on the vehicle and took possession. The payment amount was not for a three year payment - it was a four year payment - which made me pull the buy order - and that was when we discovered that the warranties were added to our purchase. We went up to the dealership and spoke to a "manager" who asked who our finance person was - and we told him. He did not seem surprised at all. He sent us into the finance department and the finance guy immediately pulls out a piece of paper with the website on it for us to cancel the policies. Who would have that information so readily available unless this is a practice for this dealer? As it turns out only 3 of the 4 policies could be cancelled. When I complained to the ** ******* ******* he said he would check to see if he could do anything about this, which as you can imagine never happened. So we are waiting to see what the "refund" will be on the 3 policies - but in the mean time we are paying interest on policies we declined and are stuck with a policy we did not purchase. Go somewhere else - or you will be paying for warranties you did not intend to purchase. I see by reading the reviews below that others have had similar issues...

Terrible decision they lied to me about the car I bought! Showed me a clear and clean carfax and it was a lie it had been hit in the front end with a cracked wheel headlight was broken on the inside of engine compartment! I trusted this place but never again . No one even offered to rectify the problem and when they took my trade in they drove away so fast that I could get some of my stuff and took all of my extra change and 8.00 in cash
