              There was a collision with another car which barely touch the other person. After 4yrs of that incident am getting a notice now in 2020 that I owe $10,000. I will definitely like to dispute that claim cause I vividly remember nothing happened to that enterprise rental car she was driving. I have paid my dues for driving under the influence.               My my name is ****** *********. I was ran off I95 by their driver!! It has been a month, I have not received any update nor any help for a Rental. I'm in horrible pain and have to make it to all the appointments without transportation. What's even more aggravating they have shut off their phone and purposely ignoring me. Which from all the other prior reviews. I WILL BE GOING TO THE D.O.I. and GENERAL as well. Just remember ******* (Adjuster) Every call we have had in the very beginning was recorded on my Phone Call Recording App. I demand my reimbursement for my car or a rental immediately. Reading all these prior reviews, I will go thru D.O.I. GENERAL ,SunBiz, BBB And bring a law suit ultimately FBI will seize your office @ **** ****** ****, Conconut Creek. I reside only 15 minute drive from your **** Phone Room. As previously stated, I demand my reimbursement for my car and/or Rental Car immediately.
