    We purchased certain flood barrier products from the company on 6/8/25 in the amount of $8,798.19 and they were delivered on 7/29/25. Our complaint is summarized below:-company states on their website "expert on- site visits to assess your property's vulnerabilities, take measurements and recommend the most effective flood protection solutions tailored to your needs." No one ever came to our home to do this, we were told by sales *** not a big deal we could give him the measurements etc.-company states on website that they "provide professional installation services across *******, ensuring your flood barrier systems are expertly installed and ready to perform when it matters most." This was not done the day we received the shipment of product and only until we complained did a technician come out.-the technician came out on 8/1/25 and walked and measured the affected areas of our house and agreed with us that due to unevenness of our property and other unique factors the system that was sold to us was not going to work properly-we also took photos of some of the products that were defective -one of the main end panels that company promotes on their website was instrumental in our decision to purchase this system, since it locked into the standard panels and provided a tighter seal. We were sent different panels that did not lock and were flimsy in nature and were told these are ones they use with the system we bought. We were never told this upon purchasing them.We notified the Company on 8/1/25 by email of all the above issues etc. and requested that they make arrangements to come and pick up the products since we wanted to return them. We did not hear back for approx 3 weeks (company says they tried to reach us but has provided no evidence) until we disputed the charge on our credit card. We simply want to return the products but company refuses to cooperate. The products are still in our garage and we have tried to discuss with them to no avail.
