    Online order on 5/26/2024 I have contacted the business twice and have waited since the 26th and 27th for a response. I was told via the website that Id get a call within ***** hours but I never did.We did an online order and traveled to ***** location as it is usually better than ours in town.They were Out of our saucy nuggets so we were given plain without being told. Come to find out theyre the ones that dip the nuggets and make them the flavors you want ! But we got cold old nuggets. Didnt have enough fries left even though I paid$5 for a large so instead of dropping more to cook they just filled it half way and didnt say anything until I asked where the rest were. (They hoped I didnt notice until we got home) the guy literally said he couldnt do anything about it as they werent making more. (I should have gotten a refund for it if they didnt provide it!) I was given a small mashed potato to make up for a large half filled old and cold fry. The large order of mashed potatoes and gravy didnt have gravy although I requested it but it did contain very hard old chunks of powdered potato mix. The famous bowl didnt have any mashed potatoes. It was like a big bowl of cheese. Looked like a wad of chewed up gum. Coleslaw was hot from mashed potato on top of them. I was lied to, given attitude to and the manager was the one that was ok giving us the almost empty sides we paid for. Or flat out not giving us the things at all. Horrible location, horrible experience, horrible treatment, wasted my money and didnt receive what I paid for. It all ended up in the trash can. Why even have the restaurant open if youre not going to handle orders properly! Or if youre not going to make the food that people paid for! I tried to handle it responsibly and contacted the restaurant but I get no response.
