    The absolute worst experience with any utility company I have ever had. October a pipe breaks, they turn off my water with 0 notice due to high consumption, and charge me over $1000. I submit the high credit application, which I literally never heard back about, and after paying what I was told which was the average bill they shut me off AGAIN with NO NOTICE due to nonpayment. I pa them 300 to get it turned back on, no water still. This is breaking me financially and ive recieved 0 assistance. What an absolute joke of a company. Live somewhere else save yourself the headache.

    Santeria is the best. I’ve had problems b4 but she has been EXTREMELY helpful and nice on 2 separate occasions!! She deserves employee of the year!! Probably longer. I hope they keep her because she makes what used to be a worrisome trip to Cocoa almost joyous!! Santeria thank you??
