I bought a ************************ May 2024. 2 days after purchase, it threw a check engine light for a cylinder 2 misfire. I swapped the plug and coil on the offending cylinder and then cleared the code. After sitting for two days, I started the car and got white smoke from the tailpipe. Coolant was entering the cylinder causing the misfire. It's a slow leak, so white smoke would only be produced if the car sat for a day or two. The car is currently in the shop having the engine replaced. My mechanic, who we've been using since we moved to ******* in 1996, says they were clearing the codes before the car was taken on test drives. I recommend that you do not do business with this outfit as they are fundamentally dishonest and will whitewash problems instead of fixing them. I wish I read the reviews, and management's responses, here before pulling the trigger on that car.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE !!!!! Sold me a car that wouldn’t start after the 1st month NO break pads, dry rotted parts bad tires very unsafe and has poor customer service we called and they hung up on us so we went to go speak with the the manger that hung up on us I believe he said his name was josh grahams he has anger problems and should not be working in customer service saying he was a ex cop whatever that means and flowing us outside to egg on the situation they just take peoples money scammers for sure learn from my mistake!!

So it’s fine you can get on this website and lie and defend your company but honestly, you guys know you do poor business and in fact, he actually told us he didn’t even speak with us, so which one is it now ? We’ve had multiple issues with the car with the battery brake pads tires the windows won’t go up and down spark plug’s EVERYTHING You guys are just simply scammers and it’s sad we have the whole situation on video lol DO NOT BYE CARS FROM HERE

The most important thing for a business is its credibility. Yesterday I called and spoke with Maurice asking if the 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 would be available to buy, he said yes. I tell him that I would be there today at about 2:00 pm. to buy the SUV. I arrived with a pre-approval which I did through their website with Capital One for that GLK. When I arrive they tell me that it is not available, that it was sold and then they tell me that they sent it to Mercedes for service and that when I return the price was different. I drove from Orlando to shop and left with nothing because they cheated on me. That is not done to customers. I don't know if they use to said thay have the car and when you arrive there they said is was sold and offer you another one that's not the one you want.

Frank, My name is Josh and I am the GM here at Carite of Cocoa pre-owned Super Center. First off sir, I am sorry you had a less than satisfactory visit. However, to say we "cheated" you is very unfair and just wrong. We haven't even ever done business with you, you have never bought a car here, and we treat every customer with the highest of integrity, Including you sir. This is why we have such great feedback. I am sorry you feel the way you do. We cant help that the vehicle you came to look at is at the shop getting some things looked at. Maurice thought the vehicle was sold. But it is in fact at the shop. So in that regard he made an honest mistake assuming it was sold. Once he asked me I corrected him and told him to let you know its at the shop because a light came on after he talked to you he was unaware of. We dont sell cars to anyone with lights on, problems or any other issues. We sell top quality vehicles and we would much rather get a bad review from you instead of just selling you this Mercedes when we know it had a mechanical issue. We could have sold it to you but we dont operate that way and we would have loved to sell this vehicle to you after the shop was done with the repairs. I think your words are unfair & VERY strong. However, I believe in free speech and I respect your opinion sir. I'm sorry for the miscommunication. It definitely wasn't intentional and nobody "cheated" you. We simply took the vehicle you was interested in to the shop. Maurice was unaware. That's all. If you would like to speak to me feel free to call. Otherwise I am sorry for the miscommunication and god bless. My name is Josh and I am the General Manager. You can call me at 1 (321) 877-1000 EXTENSION 107

I ask you mr. manager, you had the vehicle when I arrived at your business. No, you didn't have it. I called and spoke to your seller and he told me that the vehicle was available. I told him that I would travel from Orlando for business to buy the SUV. When I arrive at your business, your seller tells me that it is no longer available, that it has been sold. Your salesperson begins to tell me, wait a minute, I'm going to get you another vehicle, be sure that he would offer me another that was not what I was looking for. There I tell him that I know what I'm looking for and he kept insisting. Then he tells me that the one I was looking for was in the Mercedes Benz and its price would go up to more than $2,500 for the repairs. If that is not cheating the customer, explain to me?
