    My Brother in Law hired this company to cut down trees and roll them into the tree lines. It is unfortunate it was with a hand shake and NO contract. They cut down several trees and did exactly what was asked. They did, however, cut down many others they left out in plain site, without rolling them into the wood line, one tree was left down, but still attached to the trunk without any thought of rolling it. They have been contacted several times about coming back to finish the job they promised to do and was paid good money for. Every one who visits us comments on how UNPROFESSIONAL they left the property. I DO NOT recommend Bent Oak to anyone.

    Bent Oak Tree Service has been given ample time to repair the issue. We have been in contact since June 25th, and several times they have stated they'd be by to correct them. Just yesterday they said they were on their way, and yet, they never showed. I had someone at the house last Friday all day, as we made an appointment for them to come by, yet a no show.

    Robert was very respectful and punctual and did a great job trimming my trees off the power lines. He and his uncle did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. It looks so much better now. I will have them out again to do more work since they did such a great job this time.
