    Immunotek center in *********. failed to pay me the $100 dollars for first eight donations, today was my seven donation, I have visit the ****** nine times for donations, however two times I was not allowed to donate, therefore today I should have receive $100 dollars but I only receive $45. dollars, and also the manager was very, very, unprofessional and advise me not to come back to the center, would like to receive the payments that's due to me.

    I have been donating plasma at this location which has this past year switched names to ked plasma. When they did this they signed up all those that donate to have a payment card with NorthLane. I have tried 2 times to contact ********* and both times were told that they couldn't help me and that I would have to go through ked plasma to cancel my account. The reason for me trying to cancel this account is to avoid the $3.00 maintenance fees per month that they charge for inactivity. I do not plan on donating any longer and do not wish to rack up a negative balance on this account and have no idea what to do since both companies are blaming each other. I would like to just have my account canceled so that I do not receive charges and I am getting no where and every time I try to speak to a supervisor about the issue neither company will allow me due to them being busy. This is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be taken care of because I know if they are doing this to me they are doing it to other people that might not know who to reach out to and this is unfair.

    I'm trying to be a plasma donor at this location and they aren't letting me. It's not because I did anything wrong or because I'm being deferred for any type of health reason. My awful offense is that I was a donor at their old Port Orange location and this location has been purchased by KED plasma which is another plasma donation company. Immunotek Cocoa is telling me that my file went with KED and because of this I am no longer eligible to donate at any other Immunotek ever. This has to be the most absurd reason I've ever heard of for not being allowed to donate plasma. These people's sales pitch to the public is that the plasma we donate is saving lives and here I am ready, willing and able to do just that and these people are telling me I'm no longer eligible to do so. And it's not just me, it's every single former Immunotek donor who donated at a facility that was taken over by KED plasma. This is absolute insanity to me. It seems to me like this should be the easiest problem in the world to resolve but they want nothing to do with it and it makes ZERO sense to me. Why not just treat me like a new donor and if there is some kind of issue with the social security number like you all say, why not figure out a fix for it? You all have had over a year
