    On July 16th at 1:50pm we pumped gas at pump 1 at this Shell gas station located at *************************. My husband used his debit card to pump premium gas into his 4 door ****** Car. He pumped $46.58 worth of gas. He did not print the receipt. Within approximately 30 minutes he received a text alert from his bank for the transaction at the gas station. It showed a charged amount of $175.00, which of course he had no way of pumping. He immediately disputed the transaction with his bank, ****** He did this through the ***** **** as well as called ***** directly, immediately. We returned to the gas station a few hours later to obtain the receipt. The gas station attendant could not access our closed out transaction. He instead provided a receipt that was printed roughly an hour after our transaction that showed my husbands card information with the charge of $175.00, but also included a cash tender amount of $290.80. We never went inside the store. Video surveillance shows us at the pump the entire time. The station reported there was a glitch in their systems and that they made Shell aware. This location is independently owned and operated. Shell corporate is unable to resolve this for us. This location reports to ******************. I am unable to contact them directly. We filed a police report in the city of cocoa. We made contact with police to request response and resolution, to none of which we have received. We are demanding our refund in the amount of $128.42. Our bank ***** is denying our claim due to the fact that the receipt we were provided, does not reflect our actual total. The station is unable to provide this to us as well, due to the glitch in the system. The documentation they provided to the bank of the transaction even is incorrect in math with amount pumped/ price per gallon. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed.

    The store owner at shell contacted us yesterday and refunded us our money.
