On Friday may 3rd I dropped my car off to a shop and they wound up replacing the transmission lines so we get the car back and the shop charged me for (8) quarts of transmission fluid that they never put in the car and I know this because Ive been having problems with it shifting correctly and I checked the fluid and it was bone dry so I called the office and the guys calling me a crybaby and to take my s*** somewhere and all I wanted them to do was double check the fluid this shop charged me for 8 quarts of fluid and they didnt even put it in the car and were being very unprofessional to the fact that they messed up

On May 2nd customer called as he wanted to tow in his vehicle after he replaced his radiator himself as the transmission lines popped out and he was unable to get his transmission lines to engage and stated they had drove it for a week before transmission lines disengaged, he had told us it was his mom's vehicle and tried to save her money by replacing the radiator himself. Although we were extremely busy we still worked this customer in the following day as we knew they needed their vehicle. After inspecting the vehicle it was found that he had disconnected the transmission lines in the wrong location causing the transmission lines to be damaged. It should be noted we had to push the vehicle bc all the transmission fluid had leaked out of the hoses that have become disengaged, so with customers approval we ordered new transmission lines which cost around $130.,we installed the lines. After properly installing the lines, we added 8 quarts of transmission fluid which is how much the vehicle took. There is a bleeder s**** which the vehicle had to be on the lift in order to assure the proper amount of fluid, a procedure that couldn't be done on the ground. Please note we had over 3 hrs of labor time trying to install his original damage transmission lines and installing the new lines. We run a very honest auto repair shop and only charged the installation of the new lines, not charging him what should have been another $300 on top of what customer should have been charged. This is the reason alot of shops will not work on vehicles that the customer had worked on and failed on doing so. When thr vehicle was finished, we drove the vehicke out and did a parking lot test. Please take note the customer drive the vehicle away after paying the bill. Matter of fact, customer drove the vehucke for 5 days with no complaints. It should be noted as well what is common knowledge, a vehicle with no transmission fluid will not drive, never mind the false accusation of the customer staying that we didn't put any fluid in. So the main point we have to make is the customer had to tow in their vehicle bc there was no transmission fluid in the vehicle upon arrival after the hoses came off. The vehicle obviously had the right amount of fluid added as it wouldn't all of a sudden have the ability to drive it home and around for 5 days. The fact is the transmission fluid was in spec when the customer took the vehicle. I would suggest the transmission suffered damage when the transmission was run dry due to customers negligence when installing the transmission lines himself when he replaced his radiator in order to save  money. As far as trying to resolve this issue, the customer called 9 timed during lunch then showed up blocking the parking lot with multiple customers at the shop, demanding I check their transmission fluid level right then, which I calmly explained to the mother that there was not a dipstick and that there is a procedure to checking the transmission fluid level on her vehicle, explaining to her it had to be on the lift and I didn't have a lift available at that moment as we were helping multiple customers at the moment. I did inform her tgat the fluid level was correct and the problem woukd lie in the transmission itself, and explained it was likely the transmission got damaged when it was bone dry. Thus was when the mother got irate and started yelling that she just spent $300 f-------- dollars. 5 mins after the customer left her son called and asked my why I wouldnt check the transmission fluid level. I stated by telling him that I didn't have a lift available right then, he then started yelling over the phone and ask me if I don't have a f------ lift, can I ask how you check the f------- transmission fluid. I tried again too tell him that my lift had a car on it that we were working on and was cut off again with alots of name calling and at that point I hung up as I was unable to tell him my lift was busy at the moment, but I could get it in later. Seconds later the customer called back still irate. I told him I'm not gonna deal with him acting this way and told him he should go to a transmission shop after his continuous cursing, I then hung up on him again and then had him call back every 30 seconds for the next 20 min or so which we ignored.
