    Over two weeks ago, I wrongfully placed an order. The next day I attempted to call them to cancel the order. They wouldn't answer the phone, so I emailed them and they responded that I would get a refund on my order. I haven't received the refund yet. My second email asking about the refund has gone unanswered.

    Needed a specific part for an older window. It was out of stock for awhile in the color I needed but once it was in stock and ordered I received it in just a few days. I could only find the part at two sites and the other site Would only sell a minimum amount of pieces which was much more than I needed. The part was expensive for what it was but way cheaper than replacing the whole window. No problem with this business.

    DON'T ORDER!
    April 2023 - Ordered about $50 worth of parts and received two confirmation emails. An email with tracking was never sent, so I emailed after two weeks. No reply. A month later I tried to call the numbers listed on their website, Google, and the info on my cc transaction - all were fictitious. It just reminds me to use the BBB every time I place an order with a small company online.
