    Date of transaction: Jan 27th, 2025. Amount of money paid: $297.12. What was supposed to be provided: Several yards of fabric. Nature of dispute: I needed to contact Howl Fabric and ***** multiple times to get answers when they should have been responding to me. They did not attempt to figure out a way to solve the problem and ignored me instead. Howl Fabric and ***** claimed that my address is not valid and that is why I did not receive my order. However, I have had many packages and letters mailed to me using the exact same address without any issues. I also called ***** and asked them to hold my package at a location if they were having difficulties delivering it, but they did not listen to me.

    On December 7th I bought a gift card online for my friend, it was set to be delivered to her email on the 25th for Christmas, and not only had she still not received it but my other friend also bought her a gift card and she hasnt receive that one either. Ive talked to some people in the community and others have had the same issues. Howl fabrics has taken my money and not given me any goods as I was promised. That is theft. I am very very upset. That was my only gift for my friend for Christmas and she didnt receive it which was rather upsetting for her. Ive emailed howl fabrics TWICE but there havent been any responses. I feel like Ive been scammed. I really hope howl can make this right because my friend was so excited to order fabric to make her fursuit and now shes just sad.

    Hello,

    This customer has been answered directly over email communication. The gift card was resent over email to the recipient's email address. Please see attached correspondence of our customer service reply to address this issue. The gift card is valid with no expiration date until used by the customer, gift card purchase amount for this order is $70 USD. Please see attachments for original order details and reply to customer
