    Additional information I have added is that I have tried to call them. The result is that the mailbox is full/not set up properly. No further calls will be made to them, since I am not going to respond to them further. I have sent out a text message checking the status. The result is that they have not respond to me regarding this. I have decided not to contact them any further. The office does not wish to speak to me, so I am not going to reach out any further. Therefore, I have decided to press further into filing a lawsuit against this company for Business Neglect/Failure To Comply With Request From Customer. Please do not contact me unless if it is regards to this case. Thank you.

    I have first visited this website around September 30th. During that website visit, I have gotten the information on their own website. The website stated that they would fix the screen repair on any device, including laptops. I went ahead and told the website what was wrong. I stated this on the website: bottom-right of the screen had black splotches, needing a new screen. I assumed all was well when I printed out the label on the same day. I didn't get the box until October 3rd. I had mailed out the box on Saturday October 4th. I had waited a whole week. I didn't get a response back until October 11th. Today, they still have not fixed my laptop despite all this. All I wanted was my laptop screen fixed, and they haven't done this.

    The customer was never contacted as the phone number they submitted on our website they mistakenly put in the +1 country code, which offset the number as our in-store portal only shows the 10 digit number, so the ending few numbers of the customer's phone number were cut off. We failed to reach them via email, that is our mistake. I called the customer via their number from this complaint and was able to make amends with them, they will be coming in store tomorrow to order the part, after we provided a generous discount on the repair due to the communication failure. Customer stated they reached out via email to us on the 11th, but we never received any correspondence from them to our store email [email protected], so not sure where they were emailing us or what email they used, as it was not the [email protected] email they provided.
