    09/08/2023 this lawn care business was cutting grass and weed eating around my property. They threw grass all over my 2020 Dodge Charger **** Pack and all over my porch that I had just pressure washed the day before. I asked to workers to speak to a supervisor and one of them got mouthy with me and said he would call the cops. I asked for his name and he would not give it to me. This company has done this numerous times and I can never get a supervisor.

    Hello, 

    I left a message for ************** on his voicemail, I also spoke with the manager of the community, who stated that the residents are not to be confronting the vendors with issues or complaints, they are to be contacting the office and letting them handle any issues. She stated that she just had a resident meeting again last night to reenforce this issue.

    This situation would never have happened had ************** gone to the office and spoken directly to the manager in the office. They would have informed us of the situation, and we would have handled it with the employees. I do apologize that this happened and have spoken to the team as well as their supervisor. This has been addressed and should not happen again. 

     

    Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience and unprofessional manner of the employee in this situation.

    This complaint follows up on my Cal-Am complaint where after removal of a large oak tree and subsequent stump grinding, whereas on all prior properties they left minimal material directly upon where the tree was removed, on my property they spread out all the residual material covering most of my front yard and hindering/not allowing for seasonal grass to grow. Have called the company three (3) times and while they mostly answer the phone they simply say we'll take a look at the property, however no one has come to my property.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/27) */ I spoke with husband and we went back to the property and cleaned area. He was very nice. There should not be any issues resident seemed satisfied. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/07/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The company still left way too much tree stump material in my front yard. Just within the last week my landscaper cleaned up the excess material, he filled up two 4x6 bags with this excess material in order to get to normal dirt. As now I have no grass left, he needs to order 1 yard of top soil before he can plant any new grass, either sod or seed. Once he completes all this work and advises the total cost I will be seeking reimbursement from this company.
