In February 2025, I hired ****************** for tree removal and ***** grinding. We had a written agreement via text that a specific, healthy tree in my yard would not be cut down. Despite this, the owners son removed it without consent. He later claimed someone else gave permissionwhich is false. I am the legal property owner, and we had already confirmed this in writing. After removing the tree I never authorized him to touch, he doubled the original quoted price, justifying the increase with the very removal I did not agree to. This was dishonest and manipulative.I also paid for full ***** grinding, which was poorly and incompletely done. Large, dangerous stumps remain scattered across the yard, and a massive mound was left where the tree once stood. The lawn is uneven, unsafe, and clearly not *********** addition, I paid several hundred dollars for arborist reports that were never delivered. I followed up multiple times with no response and was ultimately ghosted. When I asked for the work to be corrected, the owners son became hostile and verbally aggressive. He refused to come back unless I paid even more, and finally told me to take him to court. I have been treated with blatant disrespect throughout this process.I am requesting:1.A full refund for the arborist reports that were never provided.2.This complaint to be made public so others are warned. This company was deceptive, aggressive, and unprofessional.

Happys ************ spent 2 hours trimming deadwood from 3 sand live oaks and misc. cleanup tasks in my yard on May 19, 2025. The charge was $3,400.00.When all documents were requested the week before, I was provided with the general insurance policy and ***** Goodells form where he opted out of workers compensation. ***** tried to tell me that workers were covered under the general policy; however the 5 men working on the job were not covered per the office that regulates workmans comp. There was no agreement/formal bid sent for me to review /sign when all the documents were requested . The arborist, who said he would be present for the job, was not present; instead, he sent a text to his son about what to do. His son is not an arborist. When I explained to the son I wanted the vines and Spanish **** on the trees to be removed, his response was, Wed be here all day! Well charge you double if you want that done. and he refused to have his men even lift a finger to pull down any Spanish ****. And i see that as a senior citizen, I am entitled to a 15% discount. I would like a check for $510 to be sent immediately.
