    After Hurricane ****** uprooted a tree on our yard, we sought out Essential ************ based on the referral of a neighbor for a quote on tree removal. We hired Essential ************ to remove two large pine trees from our property and they arrived October 24th. They finished tree removal and left our property October 26th. While removing a tree, they smashed and badly damaged one of our gutters as was witnessed by our next door neighbor. This information was not disclosed to us when they left. When we discovered and reached out, the owner did not respond to our message, but did have business in our neighborhood the next day and stopped by to take a look. He said they would take care of it for us. We have since not heard anything from the owner. We have sent text messages and phone calls for 4 weeks that have gone unanswered. When I finally sent in a message that I would need to take further action if no response, a text was sent stating they would be by within the end of the week. That did not happen nor were we contacted with an explanation.

    Hello ******** we did go to your neighbors to work and when we did we got pictures of the damage and assesed what was the best way to go about it. Then we contacted 3 reputable gutter companies and they are very backed up do to the multiple ****** ********* with seamless gutters was the one who said he would get there the fastest and said he would be there by the end of the week I call to contact you and got no answer at so I sent a text as well. We have been in contact with the gutter company and the say this week it will be fixed ! 
    we are very sorry for the confusion or the time it is taking to get done but this will not go unresolved! We strive to keep our customers happy for return business!
