    Fraudulent business. Waited over two hours for tow service via my insurance company and then they cancelled without notifying anyone. Extremely poor communication and very unprofessional. Do NOT recommend.

    I've been using this facility for about 7 years for maintenance on my car. After a recent visit, I noticed a loud noise coming from the rear of the car, I took it to a different shop that was local and they found that a lug nut was not tightened properly. Had I kept driving the car, it's possible the wheel would have come off. The Pinellas facility had done a 4 wheel alignment on the car. On a different visit I took the car in for a noise coming from under the hood. They were unable to diagnose the problem. I once again went to another facility and they found the problem to be a power steering pump. The Pinellas facility is a AAA approved facility. I expect quality service from a AAA facility, but apparently that is no longer true.
