      My husband worked here 3-4 days 12 to 13 hours each shifts beginning july 5 and its August 19 and they still havent paid him and are now threatening us. They are very unprofessional and aggressive. Recordings do not lie.

      Please be advised all calls are recorded. This lady called threating and very aggressive wanting to pick up Jesus check and she was advised Jesus needs to stop by the office and pick up his own check. The company has tried Multiple times to reach Jesus but a recording says Can't receive calls at this time. We also sent text messages but no answer or call back. She was advised the check belongs to Jesus and to have him call the office. No call back has been received from Jesus.

      Money gobblers! Anything to rip people off, theyll do it without thought! We just checked into our hotel, parked and went upstairs to let the kids go to the restroom and back down stairs to get the remaining luggage. We are not locals and had a long drive. The tow truck driver refused to drop the car without $$$$ after I showed him my parking permit! Ridiculous! The tow truck driver was so unprofessional, cussed my 57 years old mother, laughed in our faces, and called the police and apparently told them that he is being treated that someone was going to bash in his windows! Local by standards said this guy/company parks across the street and waits for people to park at the hotel and is literally pulling cars out of parking lots (stealing them) and reselling them!It says UNAUTHORIZED and we were legally parked in the hotel parking space. We paid additional during check in for every single vehicle we drove. BEFORE he hooked to my car, I showed him my permit that was on my dash (the permit doesnt fit on the rearview mirror).Needless to say, we ended up paying to drop the car and damage to my car! You are allowing this tow truck driver to display your organizations name on the truck.. to pocket cash money . scamming people who are legally parked at their hotel!!!! Think about that for a second.. seriously. Im sure youre paying that gas/diesel, his wages, and truck while he makes his fast money and runs your name in the mud!Right is right and wrong is wrong!When the owner of the vehicle validates permission to park..you demand payment!

      Hello ********************,

      All Hotels personnels makes sure to inform to place pass on the vehicle's dash to avoid vehicles to be towed away. No drivers will not know unless theres a pass inside the vehicles. Yes once a vehicle is hook theres a drop fee. All trucks have live camaras and drivers wear body cameras to avoid false accusations against them. No drivers Do Not pocket cash money!

      These guys really have raised the bar and have set the perfect example on how a towing and recovery should be ram, absolutely exceptional in all areas always on time, professional, and courteous. The new owners have done an exceptional job.
