Happy Day with my ********** for 25 years. ****** and her Husband have been such a help to me as well as about 75 people I have sent them. I know people LwYs take time to complain. I became acquainted with TaxGenuity/****** Mensa-***** in 2020. My husband Col. ************************************* passed away in March of 2020. We had a very complex tax return which he always handled. While he was hospitalized I received a letter from the *** stating we owed $20,000. I took the letter to ******* at the hospital. He said it had to do with an inheritance and he would fix when he came home. Unfortunately my precious husband passed and I was stuck with trying to figure out not only how to handle the $20,000. the *** wanted but the whole tax return. I found TaxGenuity online and I called. My frame of mind was not great. I needed to sell my house, set up a funeral for my husband, newly minted COVID everywhere and deal with the above. ****** called me back and told me to come in to her office. ******* was a 38 year veteran with the ***** and 12 years as a GI employee. I am also a USAF Veteran and a retired RN Educator. Doing the taxes for us was way out of my purvue. ****** took over everything. It took a while because the *** employees were working remotely due to COVID and couldn't make changes to my status because they did not have access to the mainframe. ****** figured out how much I needed to send to the *** ($1400.) and did the taxes as well at a very reasonable fee. During this time until the *** workers went back to their offices, ****** fielded all the nasty letters from the ***. ****** has a gift. She makes you feel like family. She took my mess and fixed it to perfection. Since then she continues to do my taxes. Also she did the taxes for my brother in law, my son, and my pastor. I am in her debt, no pun intended.
