            Tax Hive , Alexander Financial LLC work out of the same office and are tied together. I hired you to file my tax returns last year and you have been dragging your feet to get my taxes done. Plus you lied to me as I was told all about the Augusta Rule deduction which you had no knowledge of and have not sent me any info about it when I requested. You told me that you would have my taxes done by about June 10 2022 which I did not get any response and had to call to get you to work on my taxes. You promised me that you would have my taxes done by no later than July 15, 2022 and no word, no call no nothing. I want to get my taxes done.

            We have been unsuccessful with local accountants and thought a national brand would be worth a shot. Our experience with ******** and Alexander Financial has been extremely disappointing and borderline criminal. They roll out the red carpet when they are recruiting your business then it's silence once you've paid.We hired this company in January 2022, paid $4000 in full up front. All documents were submitted in a timely manner yet as of Sept 8, 2022 we have not received our 2021 tax return as promised. No one returns phone calls....and as I read other reviews this is how they operate...especially with minority firms. At this point we just want our money back, looks like we will be heading to court.
