In March 2021, pending consumer complaint activity alleged paying $920 but not receiving services for the full amount paid in advance. After receiving a threatening email from the co-owner, who suggested his 200+ independent contractors would leave negative reviews on our business page which would result in a financial loss due to poor online reviews, the consumer decided to terminate their account. To date they have not received confirmation or responses to the cancellation request.
- The business Facebook Page claims they are in the Phillipines, and that their CEO is from USA; BBB was unable to locate an address that belongs to this business.
- Per the business website and Facebook, they are using the name "Agent Support Services LLC" throughout their advertising. BBB was unable to verify if this business name and address actually belongs to Call Star Pro, as the name "Agent Support Services LLC" belongs to a business located in Clearwater, FL.
- Per the business advertising, they appear to offer telemarketing services. Such services require a telemarketing license in the state of Florida; BBB contacted the business to request they substantiate their telemarketing license.
