Joes Family Plumbling connected my home to the city sewer in **************. Im pleased with the service. The job was completed in a timely manner. I was kept updated on the work. Also the office staff was very helpful.

My experience with Joe's Family Plumbing was a mixed bag. While water plumbing adjustments and a minor toilet repair were handled well, the installation of a water softener showed promise. However, the natural gas plumbing project was a disaster. From miscommunication to poor execution, it was plagued by issues like incorrect installation locations and failed inspections. Despite a $3600 bill, the offered compensation of $250 was inadequate. I cannot recommend Joe's Family Plumbing for natural gas projects due to these significant failures, despite their competence in other areas.

Why would there be any charge for a job done wrong twice? That is my question for Joe’s Family Plumbing. The first time they replaced the toilet flap the repairman left a puddle of water on the floor after working & something was leaking. That was on a Friday & the next day was Saturday & I told their answering service I did not want to pay a high fee for Saturday & she said there would be no charge. The Saturday guy came out and replaced a valve and hose but it did not fill. I was told to call the office on Monday and a Manager came out and turned the valve on. The Saturday guy missed that. I got a bill for $250 which I called about several times and no one helped me resolve it. I was finally referred to Marie in the office and after numerous attempt to reach her I sent an email. When we finally talked she argued with me but said she would talk to the manager. I do not think she ever did that, but almost monthly I got calls about the unpaid bill and I kept referring the caller to Marie. I recently got a call from Becky who said I needed to pay something so I did. I paid $150 but WHY? The first guy left water all over the floor, the second guy didn’t get it to fill, and the answering service said NO CHARGE for Saturday & Marie never followed up with me about discussing it with the manager. Needless to say, I feel screwed, taken advantage of, and I think Joes Family Plumbing has very bad customer relations.
