      I am rejecting this response because

      **** ***** was the buyer. I was the original owner of the house and was FORCED to pay out the estimated quote that was provided for work that 2 other plumbing companies that went out to the house said was not only over priced but NOT needed. 

      And a fraudulent quote for work not needed is scam.

      The attachments provided do not match the scope of work that was quoted here. It states there is sediment and calcium build up in the fixtures. Sediment and calcium can build up from water quality regardless of fixtures being replaced one year prior. It was also suggested in our estimate that a camera scope be done of the sewer line to determine the quality of the sewer system. No work was invoiced, only an estimate was provided. There is no invoice to ammend. Our estimate was provided to to a **** *****, who did not answer the phone when we called to discuss this complaint. Apex Plumbing as an entity has no working knowledge of or relationship with the individual who made this complaint. Apex Plumbing takes pride in providing our community with honest and reliable services, and take accusations of fraudulent assessments very seriously.

      Could you please clarify the specific resolution you are seeking in this situation? I have made attempts to contact the original owner but have not received any response.
      To date, no payment has been made to Apex Plumbing by anyone involved. The estimate we provided was never accepted, and we fulfilled our commitment by offering a free estimate, which is what was delivered.
      The $20,000+ service ticket you attached is associated with an entirely different company. Additionally, while new fixtures were purchased a year ago, it is still possible for sediment to accumulate in them over time.
      I would be happy to review any estimates you've received from licensed and insured plumbers that claim the work is unnecessary or overpriced. We strive to resolve issues to the best of our ability and view every situation as an opportunity for improvement. However, I am unable to assess this matter accurately as I have not been able to speak with anyone directly, and the documents provided relate to completely unrelated projects from the past year.
      While we generally work to resolve client concerns, Im having difficulty understanding how we can address the situation when no payment was made for our service. If you would like to discuss this further, Id appreciate the opportunity to better understand your expectations. Client satisfaction is extremely important to us, but I feel we havent been given a fair opportunity to meet your needs.
