I signed a contract and open up a loan for a puppy store in ********** ******* on 11/05 and we got told that while the application was waiting to get approved that we can go and come back cause it was gonna take awhile and he would call us for when they approve it. so we left and he called 30 mins later saying the loan went through with easypay finance but we couldnt take the puppy cause she needed more shots and see a vet and that he was truly sorry. So I wasnt happy with that but wanted to be nice about it and agreed but me and my wife thought about it more and went to see the puppy again on 11/07 so we went back to the store and while there the puppy was still in the same cage with other dogs and getting exposed to getting sick! so we spoke with the employee there at the time named *****. Me and him had a verbal agreement that night too cancel the loan and get a full refund for the $1000 down and cancel out the loan and contract this was on 11/07. Also the employee chase told us and re assured us that the puppy was not what they would consider a full normal size beagle just by looking at her paperwork. Even tho they sold me her a full blood beagle. So I called easypay finance company that they used for the loan and I explained to them I never took the puppy home or even outside of the store.. but they said that they spoke to the owner and the owner said that I took the puppy home. That is a lie! And to back that up I looked up the puppies microchip # and i called the company that owns it and said that yesterday 12/1 they put the puppy under someones elses name. So obviously I dont have the puppy and never took her. I would like for something to be done against this company and this owner for not even contacting me once about this situation and using his employees as ******* to avoid any contact with me. I even called the police cause at first I thought they had signed the contract because I had called DocuSign and to check a user id on the easypay contract and they couldnt identify it but long story short it was all misunderstanding with DocuSign. So I took that back but the point is a company cannot take a customers money for product the customer never took from the store!!!! That is illegal!
