    Horrible. This company will just take your money. I signed up to help keep better client records which is not user friendly at all. The sales guy asked if I wanted to use their merchant services I continually told him no that I didn’t need that service. He then told me I could sign up for the services and use later if I wanted, he never said I would be changed for not using their merchant services. So every month they are charging 100.00 for something I didn’t want or use. I emailed the company in May once I realized I was being charged for merchant services. They told me I had to pay a cancellation of 595.00. I emailed and told them I never wanted or used the services, so they did email back and told me they would waive the fees. Here we are Aug and I’m still being charged 100.00 for merchant services that I don’t use.

    Customer signed contract for software as a service, ACH ******************** Services, and website hosting in June of 2023. Term of contract was three years. Customer used all services mentioned, and there are login and transaction records documenting as much.


    In May of 2024, customer sent email stating "Ive been a client for about a year and I dont use the merchant services portion, how do I can this?" **************** requested whether customer sought to cancel Software as a Service or ******** Services, and customer replied "Just the merchant services". Customer was informed of the early termination fee, as the contract was being terminated before its three year completion. Customer complained stating they do not use nor need the merchant services. **************** stated they would waive the termination fee and delivered a cancellation form to client, stating further "To initiate this process, please sign and return the attached form at your earliest convenience."



    Customer did not return the signed cancellation form until August 6th, 2024. Customer is now demanding refunds for monthly invoicing that would not have happened if they signed and returned the cancellation form as instructed in May of 2024. Without the signed form, which is part of the cancellation process and must be signed to document intent to cancel the contract as a matter of company policy, the account cannot be cancelled. Furthermore, the merchant services at issue, and their invoicing, is through payroc - not Gulf Management Systems,  **** As such, the request for refund was denied as the merchant account was properly active because the customer did not formally cancel the account. Customer appears to have wrote this review in retaliation.


    As of this writing, the cancellation form has been received, the merchant account has been terminated, no early termination fee was assessed, and the refund request is denied, all of which occurred prior to receiving notice of this one star review. We are disturbed by ********'s use of the ******************** to attempt to extort a pecuniary benefit. However, the review had no effect on the above statement of facts and the company's determination.
