    I purchased a product from TruHair before on Home Shopping Network and was satisfied. But *** has been out of the color I need, and has been for several months.When searching the name TruHair, I found website by that same name, showing the product in the color I needed, so I bought directly from the site. Once it arrived it was not the "jumbo" size (which cost double what I paid on ***) and it was the wrong color. I sent 3 emails to the site saying that the wrong product was delivered. No answer. No phone number on their site. And you cannot leave a review either. So their reviews are probably fake.One other telling thing is once the product arrived, I noticed that the font on the product is different looking than what is on the container I got before from Home Shopping Network? The *** product spells the brand name as TruHair. You can see on the website here that the TruHair website has a hyphen about the ** ************************************************************* am beginning to think this is another imposter Chinese website like ***************** that posts counterfeit products. Please investigate BBB.
