    This is a scam!! I ordered the wood box with a light in it, wife set with a pendant for $79.95. What I received was a really cheaply made pendant in a cardboard box! This pendant can be purchased for $15.00 anywhere! This is a scam!! The company will not answer the phone so I can not contact them at all. Beware and avoid this dishonest site!

    Company is not credible. Ordered back in Oct 24, a necklace for my wife. Ordered it 14 days ahead of date wanted. After 5-6 days of no tracking. I tried to cancel. Of course they process the order. Received it a day later than I wanted. The quality was horrible. I email to return. The email gets rejected. I call. Rings 30 times. Then disconnects. Yet I still receive offers by email. Dispute the charge and finally hear. I request return. I don't hear ever. Until 2 days before they have to respond to dispute. They send CC their policies. CC ends dispute that I can return. It takes 2 weeks for them to commit to return. I return and send them proof of delivery. As of today. No credit back to my CC even though they say they will expedite. Dispute continued. This company is a sham. They offer no credibility or stand behind their own published policies. Horrible to deal with.

    Company does not return email. Phone is never answered. Took my money and item is being sent God knows where. Can't change address at USPS because Sugar Spring has got that option locked. Put the word out BE WARE. Company is NOT an Accredited BBB Business and they will take you money and you get nothing.

    Worst company I have ever delt with. No customer service no matter what they say. It is a fraud and my credit card company is now doing an investigation into them. DO NOT BELIEVE any of them, they are liars and cheats!!!!!!!!

    I would give zero star if I could. This company is a scam. They do not answer the phone. they don't respond to emails. they charged my credit card twice. I am disputing the charges. They don't adhere to their own policy's either. I canceled my order within 1 hour and they still sent it. They give you no return address to return it. Looks like they are playing between California and St. Pete Fl. THIS SUGARSPRING CO IS A SCAM!!

    I am currently experiencing the same thing as others. Ordered an item. Received confirmation and they took money immediately from my account. Delivery updates sent via email. Automated email from owner thanking me for my purchase. The day it was to be delivered, the tracking stopped. They said delivery encountered an issue. I have emailed with ZERO response. I want a refund. I will never stop until I get it. Sugar Spring is horrible with customer service. Scam

    Added something to my order I didn't want. Charged me for it. Won't answer emails or phone. Stopped payment on my credit card. Big time scammers. You can't even get ahold of them to cancel anything.STAY AWAY!!!!

    I can't use the words that apply. Since I ordered on Nov.8 th 24. I hae written 22 emails and called 18 times. Two women , *** and ******** responded with canned responses but no response to my problem. I called the Florida police and was told to work through my own state regarding possible fraud..I want to return the bracelet and get my money, but the reasons are not the ones listed. I'm 83 and need this done soon so I can get something else.
