    Business Response

    Date: 03/11/2025

    To whom it may concern,
We received an email from this patient on March 4, 2025, stating she never signed up for auto-refill with her
original order placed in January. TelyRx does not have the capability to enroll patients in auto-refill and is
something that can only be done by the patient at the time of checkout. We have attached a screenshot of the
message that is displayed on our website when enrolling in auto-refill stating that the card on file will be
    automatically charged.
    When patients are enrolled in auto-refill, they receive two emails prior to their anticipated refill being processed;
one is sent three days prior, and one is sent one day prior. She mentioned in her email from 03/04/2025 to us that she will not be picking up her medication and
it will be sent back to our pharmacy. Because of that, we refunded her the full order price, which was
processed the same day, March 4, 2025.
Her auto-refill was processed on 2/24 at 1:13AM as we did not receive any communication from her prior to
that date. As mentioned before, patients have the opportunity to cancel auto refills or pause auto refills by
responding to either of the emails. Patients also have the ability to independently cancel auto refills or pause
auto refills from their HIPAA secure patient portal.
We received an email from her on February 24, 2025, at 5:42PM claiming "she did not make this purchase", to
which we responded at 5:48PM explaining that TelyRx does not enroll patients in auto-refill. At that point, her
order had already shipped, and per pharmacy regulations and TelyRx policy, we were unable to accept a return
on her medication since it had already left our pharmacy.

TelyRx is not involved in fraudulent activities and we immediately resolved this complaint by explaining the process and providing a refund.
