      I purchased a car from them 7 years ago with a warranty. When they input the expirarion date they did not put the correct date. I have been in contact with them for 2 weeks trying to get the problem resolved. I can not get a call back and have to keep calling them. I have been told by the dealership that it is on the warranty company to fix. I have also called the warranty company. They said they spoke to the dealership and they need to fix the error. I have been driving a car for 2 weeks I was told I should not be driving. I am waiting to get it fixed as it is covered under the warranty I bought. I need this problem resolved. When I spoke to the finance department today at the dealership they told me it was fixed earlier this week and it was not.

      I was preapproved for financing with Capital One and told this to the internet sales manager Caryn G., the internet sales associates Angelo K., & the sales manager Christian W. at Lokey Nissan dealership. I made it very clear they do not have permission to send my application to any other lenders and to not shop my information around. I made it very clear they are to ONLY go through Capital One and I gave them the reference number so they could pull my approval from Capital One. There was no communication from any one of them & I started to get notifications that my credit had several new hard inquiries. Which were all unauthorized. When I tried to reach them no one wanted to answer/take my phone calls. I had to call & text several times before Caryn finally decided to answer. I told the receptionist I refuse to hang up until someone speaks to me about this mess they created. Caryn told me they received a denial from Capital One, which was a lie because I talked to Capital One the very next day, they said they never told Lokey Nissan I was denied & they reassured me I was approved. I had to take my approval to a different dealership & was able to get the exact same vehicle with no issues & through Capital One. The dealership who helped didn't have to pull my credit but 1 time. Now I'm still fighting with Lokey Nissan to have these unauthorized hard inquiries removed from all 3 of my credit reports because they have caused my scores to drop tremendously. Caryn G. & Christian W. both assured me they would have the hard inquiries removed 2 days ago. I even went to speak with them in person, I was still lied to & given the run around. Christian said he would give my information to the VP, have her take care of it & I would receive an email with the letter that would remove all of the hard inquiries. I NEVER received an email telling me everything was taken care of nor did I receive an email with a letter. I want Lokey to have EVERY hard inquiry removed.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/02/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept their response because they have yet to remove the unauthorized hard inquiries from my credit reports. I pulled all 3 credit bureaus and there are 7 hard inquiries on my Equifax report, my Experian report still has 5 hard inquiries, and my TransUnion has 2 hard inquiries that Lokey Nissan caused by shopping my information around to lenders I never requested to have my information. This problem will not be resolved until Lokey Nissan do what they stated they would and have all unauthorized hard inquiries removed from ALL 3 of my credit reports. Please see the attached documents for proof of the hard inquiries still being on my credit reports as of today Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/02/21) */ Letters were sent to the credit bureaus January 20th. Certified tracking #'s ********************, ********************, ********************. The timing if the credit inquires are removed depends on the individual bureau. I just pulled all 3 credit reports and nothing absolutely zero of their unauthorized inquiries have been removed. Please see the attachments. Everything dated for 01/10 was from the irresponsible and careless behavior of Lokey Nissan. Everyone at this business keeps lying about doing what they should have done 2 months ago but nothing is be resolved on their part.

In 6 hours you destroyed our credit. Mine and **** ******** Without our permission. Plus the bank you said we got loan from. Backed out anyway. How can you put elderly people through such stress??? We would of lost jeep anyway. This was a horrible ordeal. You had us both physically sick.       Hello... I traded my car into the Lowkey Nissan in Clearwater, FL. Let me just say this has been one of the stressful situations I've encountered. I am ******. I had been going back and forth with this dealership about my purchase. The suv I bought from them is wonderful. But I'm still still driving around with a Temporary Plate and I bought my car in JULY!!! This is simply UNACCEPTABLE. I'm an sick and tired of dealing with this. Now I'm getting calls and e-mails from the company that financed the car that I traded in because they have not received payment for the pay off of the car. I went into my account for that car and I saw that it is still not paid off. And it's actually PAST DUE! Which means it can be affecting my credit. Then I wait on this long *** hold for Consumer Affairs. I had a lady in the line that I thought was empathetic to my situation and was going to help. She stated she would transfers to Finance to get some more answers and then she would call me back in 20 minutes

      I was sold a BMW from Lokey Nissan with safety concerns surrounding a stripped wheel lock. I was assured by the sales person this vehicle had been inspected for safety. 2 days later after a failed attempt in trying to change the tires at PepBoys, I was advised by PepBoys to take the car back to the dealer and have them take off the tire. Upon arrival I was directed to take the vehicle next door to Lokey VW where I was told they were aware of the issue and told the vehicle should only have sold at auction. Now both Lokey Nissan and Lokey VW are both blaming the other for allowing the car to be sold. I paid a dealer price for a car that was marked for auction.
