I was overcharged by at least $1,000 on my MDX that I bought there last year for one of my company salespersons.
They tricked my salesperson into signing a quote full of unnecessary services and padding the bill to over $3,100 for a car that was running perfectly fine and only needed routine maintenance.
As the owner of the vehicle they did not contact me to obtain approval of the quote before doing the work, which I would never have done!
I confronted the service advisor John S. and he refused to do anything about this.

I am usually thankful for reviews and client feedback, no matter the rating, but your review strikes a different note. I'm disappointed as your comments don't reflect the facts of the service visit. The vehicle was brought in by another person, who I won't identify for privacy. He communicated the current issues with the MDX to our long tenured service advisor John S.. John followed our well established process of good communication in working with our service customers. After determining the repairs needed which were based on his complaints and the faults found, John advised him of the extent of repairs and the cost to complete. Our customer then authorized those needed repairs. The authorizations were provided to us in writing prior to any repairs being carried out. After the fact you told our service advisor the car was to be brought to a different mechanic, or service facility. Also you requested a 50% discount, again after the repairs were authorized and completed, or you would publish a bad review against Crown Acura.
Again, I'm not quite sure why you feel the way you do and your comments are disturbing. I would like to discuss this with you, if you would contact me at ***********@crowncars.com.
