Run from this dealer. Or you will regret with a heavy ****** learned. Pictures below show this dealer likes to do burnouts with machines and sell them to you as brand new machines. Nor do they deny doing burnouts with a new machine. *******, the ** of this dealership stated he can understand my frustrations for selling me a brand new machine that was not brand new with the tires in the condition they were in. I had to contact BRP for some sort of resolution as West Coast Powersports would not honor replacing this machine for a brand new machine that I paid for knowing I have not put a mile on this machine. BRP stepped up with an extended warranty knowing this dealer pushed very heavy on me purchasing an extended warranty which we all know why, and these warranties are a joke with all of the exclusions to make sure nothing is covered which only puts additional pure profits in the dealer pockets along with all of their bogus fees that other dealers do not hit you with. These fees this dealer hits you with are just additional profit fees not mandated by ******* law which they claim. This machine was never heat cycled correctly as they beat on it as a brand new product, cleaned it up and slapped it on the floor as being brand new. You think you're purchasing brand new with the trust of a dealer for BRP. You better check your machine over very well making sure there are 0 hours and no wear and tear. Trust is out the windows with places like this.BRP told me the tires would need to be handled through the dealership. When I spoke to *******, he clearly changed his mind and stated they will not be replacing these tires. These tires cost $289.00 each. This dealer said they will do nothing to rectify this situation and laughed in my face on the phone. They has this machine sitting on their floor for 4 months with ethanol gas in it, which we all know damages the fuel system. They needed to move this unit, and I'm the guy they dumped it on. No inspection, no walk through on the machine, nothing. My fault for trusting a company that's been at the same location for many years, but now understand why all the 1 star reviews they are receiving. This company also pays for 5 star reviews, not all of these 5 star reviews are accurate. No machine like the Canam X3 RS RR should every be purchased with any hours or mileage on it, period. BRP themselves said the same thing. This dealer also has an A+ BBB rating. Only way to get that is by paying the BBB for that rating. Heads up people!

West Coast Powersports sold **************** a new Can Am SXS vehicle. All new vehicles must be set up, tested, and quality checked prior to display, at time of sale, and prior to customer taking delivery. We complete an extensive delivery process going over the vehicle with the customer. When complete the customer signs the pre delivery inspection form(see attached). The customers concerns and complaints were not expressed at this time, nor were we notified until ***** hours after customer left with the vehicle. However, after speaking with the customer, we did indeed assist the customer with the OEM/Manufacture (BRP Can-AM) for him to receive additional warranty on the vehicle and $1,500 in credit to be used at any BRP Can-Am Store for whatever he chooses. In addition, we offered to take care of his first service at our location at no charge. At this time **************** refused, threatened, and communicated with our management team in a very negative and unprofessional manner. At this time we will no longer offer any additional good will or services to *****************

I am rejecting this response because:

The sales people told me to sign paperwork inside the building assuring me this machine was brand new without any hours or miles driven. These machines are not street legal, so they are admitting to breaking the law by driving it. They did not complete proper break in procedures and as well admitted to understanding my frustrations on the worn out tires. All they had to do was replace the tires like they ( ******* ) said they would. BRP/CanAm provided an extended warranty due to having hours and miles on this machine, but left it up to the dealer to handle the tire issue. All this for a set of rear tires. I will not accept this business response.

    Sincerely,

West Coast Powersports only operated/tested the vehicle on our private property which consists of grass, dirt, gravel, concrete, and pavement. This is normal business practice and required by the manufacture. **************** had sufficient time to view and inspect the vehicle prior to taking delivery, loading, and hauling away from our premises. We assisted in getting **************** $1,500 in goodwill credit though BRP Can-Am to cover the tires, and any additional accessories that can be purchased in that goodwill amount. We also offered to provide new tires at our internal sales costs. In addition, we already offered to complete the first maintenance service on the vehicle at no charge when service comes due but **************** refused in a negative and unprofessional manner. We will not be offering any additional goodwill. We will honor what we have offered if **************** would like to take advantage of this, but we would expect the false negative reviews to go away, as well as the harassment, threats, slander, unprofessionalism, and negativity not to continue moving forward.

West Coast Powersports did not assist with a credit provided by BRP. BRP provided me a credit for this dealership delivering a product that was beat on with illwill intentions. This dealership stated they would replace the tires and can understand my frustrations. There was never any unprofessional manner or behavior that occurred from my side. Most definitely terrible behavior by laughing in my face when it was mentioned. I stand by this dealership owes the set of tires as promised. If they continue to deny then I will be taking to small vlaims court and further post my review with pictures on ****** with a 1 star rating. I refuse to be bullied by a dealership that committed an act of ******** and try to play innocent with a claim of compensation that was provided by the manufacturer themselves. This dealership refused to discuss anything with me once i filed the claim with BRP. *** told this dealership what they are going to do for me due to this product being delivered to me in the co dition it was. BRP stated the tires will need to be handled by this dealership.

Purchased 2 Sea Doo's from West Coast Power Sport in Clearwater Oct -2020. Last month I was going over my paperwork because I putting my ski up for sell and notice discrepancies on my Bill of Sale.
I called Mark at WC Power Sport to go over my bill of sale, and he stated, that not the final Bill of Sale. He sent me a bill of sale I never seen. The bill of sale had GAP $1200, that was refused at the time of Sale. And it also had a $200 difference between the total of the Ski's/ trailer and the total amount. Mark stated I signed the GAP insurance, which I sign to decline that I didn't want it. I put $9K down and stated I didn't need due to the money I put down. The $200 difference really wasn't explained. I feel like this was fraud to give a customer one bill of sale and have another and add to it. I asked for the $200 and the total amount of the GAP and I was denied. I asked for the GAP to be canceled and my Sheffield (Load holder) hasn't received the information.

    To Whom:
The customer did purchase 2 Sea-Doo watercrafts and 1 trailer from West Coast PowerSports in Clearwater.
the date of purchase was 22 months ago 10/17/2020.
She did purchase GAP and accept it as the attached documents will show. Going forward we have sent in the cancellations request for the GAP and Extended Service Contract for both watercrafts as per the customers request on 8/9/2022. When we receive these pro rated amounts set by the companies the refund amounts will be sent to the lien holders if any. However West Coast PowerSports will in good faith refund the full $200.00 to sastify the other confusion she has.
Please advise me on what needs to be done to close this file.

    Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/26) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The GAP wasn't agreed on and I feel that adding to a contract without the customers permission is fraud. Mark was very pushing about the GAP, extended service contract and GPS insurance. The only added on agreed to was the extended service. When signing paperwork I was told that I was refusing the GAP. The full amount of GAP should be refunded and all customers should be able to review the final BILL OF SALE before the purchase to ensure there's no miss understanding on the transactions. There's shouldn't be two different Bill of Sales.

    Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/08/26) */
Our initial response is our position and the resolution we offered is where we stand.
    Thank You
