  Greg T. They show up when you didn't hire them. Was given a quote and told them I would let them Know they showed up a week later to do the job. I sent them away and 3 weeks later was called and told they were calling to set up quote I said I already got a quote and the guy said were good to go I said yes to get him off the line. I called them back and said Your high pressure sales person called and said were good to go and I'm telling you that were not good to go I do Not want your service's that was today and I'm documenting it here in case they show up again. This is high pressure sales and it does not work on me. The guy Is RUDE RUDE RUDE and should be fired.

  Hello Everyone and Mr. *************************************  Like we did before, we apologize for the miscommunication between our sales staff and front office. The wrong contract was passed up to the scheduling team which is why we showed up to complete a job for you. Once we realized the mistake, our crew left the property as you stated and no harm no foul. As far as the inspector that came to see you, he is just an overzealous gentleman trying to get work on the board, but he definitely said we are "good to go", in the meaning and sense of, "alll done", transaction over, good to go. Sometimes his way of communicating is a bit different and people get confused on what he means. So I totally get your reasoning for question what he meant by that, And I explained that to you on the phone when you called up and informed me of the situation. I assured you that we would not be showing up to your residence with another crew so not to worry so on and so on. It appeared to me that we were in good understanding of each other and ended the conversation quite amicably. So Im very surprised to find out that you took the time and effort to make a stain on our company by taking to such an important and trusted platform and making , in my opinion, a very minor and harmless mistake some sort of detrimental problem that needed to be expressed to the public for their safety and concern. These complaints and 1 star reviews really hurt a companies image and should only be used for scenarios that are NOT so minor and harmless to you and other customers. Especially after we already talked about it and was expressed to you our apologies and plans to remedy that situation so it wouldnt happen again, however minor it was.Your complaint may have lasting effects on this companies reputation, if consumers actually do find a mischedule with no work done to be a risk and worthy of mistrust, But Im gonna hope that consumers are able to read our response and not take too much from our minor mishap.  Again, we certainly do apologize for 1 of our inspectors mishandling of his paperwork and it has been discussed with the teams so we can avoid this from happening in the future. And the inspector apologizes to you directly for being pushy and unprofessional and it wont happen again. I would like to think there is a way to rectify or remove this complaint, but if not, I hope everyone can see the innocence of what happen and disregard as a legitimate complaint.   Can the customer whom made the complaint remove upon a change of heart?

  They tried to cut corners at every stage of the job. From the rip out through the reinsulation and putting up the new vapor barrier. I crawled underneath the trailer 7 different times once to find the rip out not completed then when they told me the insulation was completed I crawled back under only to find 20 feet of a 7ft bay with no insulation on the other side of my double wide 12ft of the ac supply duct with no insulation.They were trying to install the vapor barrier when I stopped them and said I wasnt paying for the job until it was fully insulated, after some whining they were on there 2nd trip to ********** to purchase more insulation. Next was vapor barrier when they said that was complete I found 2 3ft sections with no vapor barrier. After they finished those areas I made them go back under and clean out old insulation they left on the ground. The guy running the crew told me he was raking the underneath of my trailer, my response was Im not paying for the job until its done to my satisfaction. When he said the job was completed I had to tell him that he didnt install the lift blocks under the flexible duct hose that was on the ground which was included in the estimate. These 5 guys were all wearing protective suits and respiratory masks while I had to crawl in and out from one end to the other 7 different times with no suit or mask to keep this company from s******* me! After I paid him $5200.00 and they had left I grabbed my hose to rinse off only to find the job supper didnt replace my brick skirting properly and he took ******** from the front of the house behind the hose knowing I probably wouldnt notice. I spent an hour and 20 minutes fixing it after they were long gone. Most if not all of these 55 plus communities mobile home owners arent capable of crawling under their mobile homes to insure they are getting the job they paid for!! Ill be going to every mobile home park within a 2 mile radius of mine and informing park managers .

  We had freedom vapor barrier come and install. They did a good job when they were here and made a lot of promises on follow up procedures. We had to have some work done on some plumbing and they told us if we had to open the barrier dont let anyone steal it back up but them. When we have called them to try to get them to come back out, the first time we called them the guy said he would check his schedule get back to us and fix it. We never heard from them again. Now when we call they dont answer the phone. If you use them, please note that you will not get any follow up or anything past the day they are there. I would not recommend them.

  There are several reasons Ive rated this company so lowfirst my final bill was $1000 OVER the original quote. The crew captain said this extra work was necessary to get everything up to codethe owner gave me the initial quote although he did not get under the house just shined a flashlight underneath the house! The driveway was not cleaned adequately and there cigarette butts left behind. But the kicker is they havent come back for the final inspectiona 5 minute stopbecause theyre too busy! They also were a NO SHOW for 2 appointments! Would not recommend.

  I went to a session on vapor barrier for my home the company was Freedom vapor. made an appointment for 10am 8-9 THEY NEVER SHOWED Certainly NOT a reliable company if the can't keep an appointment I would NOT recommend Just an additional note I called the office snd All the person answering the phone could do was laugh. I was NOT pleasant
