      I sent in test strips to teststripsbuyers.com and was quoted a price of $48.00 and a bonus of $10.00 if I responded within 2 weeks. I shipped everything and received a check for $10.00. I called the company and they said my items were less than the regular value. I know what I sent in and how much I sent in. They said anything so they could make a huge profit.

      We appreciate the customer's inquiry and value their satisfaction.  We would like to confirm that the customer has received the correct payout for their order.  We offer a $10 new customer bonus upon receiving 200 acceptable test strips. (website screenshot attached).  The order received contained 100 test strips.  Therefore, the $10 new customer bonus was not applicable on this order.  As per our acceptable guidelines, damages are compensated at 50% off (website screenshot attached).  One box received had tears on the box, which was paid at 50% off.  
      Attached is also a screenshot of the website pricing for the items received.

      The tracking information on my package from **** stated that my package was delivered to the company on January 27th a little afternoon their website States you will be paid the following business day after package is received. I hadn't heard anything from company so on Feb 2nd I reached out to customer service, they replied with an email stating that yes they had received my package they had reviewed my package and that I was owed $147 that would be paid to my Paypal account. On February 3rd I reached out again asking when I should expect to receive payment and received no reply, I again reached out on the 4th and 5th asking when should I expect payment with no reply. On the 6th I received an email back from a lady named ****** stating that she had gotten a hold of their financial department and that I should hopefully be receiving my payment soon. On the 7th I received an email stating that my payment would be posted to my account shortly I still have received no payment it is now the ********* received an email today telling me that for some reason they are having technical difficulties and that they sincerely apologize and it's going to take them at least another 48 to 72 hours to rectify their situation and that they hope that I can be understanding. I have been receiving nothing but the runaround about when I'm going to get paid since I reached out to their company after not receiving payment after they receive my product.

      I sent them 3 boxes of test strips then the email me telling me that they PayPal me the $150 then in the same email they say my check will arrive in a new kit then they emailed me telling me that I will receive my payment soon it's been a week and a half I just want my money

      I sent 4 freestyle Libre sensors 2 to teststripbuyers.com on sat January 13th 2023 they received them on January 17th.on Jan 18th they called me and said I would receive a payment of 178$ on Monday January 22nd. I left 3 voice-mail, numerous emails, and no response from them. Is this company a scam? Is there any way you can help me?

      In response to the customer's complaint... She elected a payment method of CashApp.  CashApp puts a 15 day and a 45 day rolling $ limit that Businesses are permitted to pay.  We estimated that Cashapp would have released enough available funds to pay the customer's cashapp account on 1/22/24.  Unfortunately we were not able to pay it until the morning of 1/23/24.  The receipt is attached.

      We have been in business for 7 years and every customer has always been paid for products they send in to us that are on the acceptable product list on our website.  Sometimes we are at the mercy of PayPal and Cashapp rules before we can send payments.

      We appreciate the customer's business and hope she realizes we are not in business to take advantage of anyone.

      I sent 3 packages of strips and they said one was damaged . It was not open or damaged when I sent it . Then they would not pay me for three packages only 2 and they said they would pay me though cash app . Then they said cash app would not let them pay out any more today but they would pay me though PayPal . I sent my PayPal name and they did not pay me all they owed me and I had to pay to mover my money from PayPal to my bank . They are cheating people and its not right . They would not return my 3 packs of strips .

      From our website the customer requested a shipping kit and prepaid label to ship us her teststrips to sell to us.  She sent us 3 boxes of test strips. Two teststrip boxes were acceptable for 100% payout.  One box was completely open, the perforation was open (photo attached).  It clearly states on our website the guidelines for acceptable and unacceptable boxes.( ***************************************************** ) The one box in question is not an acceptable box for payout.  She states that it was sent to us in perfect condition and that we damaged the box.  It would not be beneficial for us to damage a box, since we need boxes in good condition. Also, our website states we do not return any boxes of teststrips whether paid or not.  In regard to Cashapp, Cashapp puts a monthly rolling limit of $45,000 and we had hit the limit by the time her order was received.  We offered a quicker payment method of PayPal if she chose not to wait for Cashapp to release some funds in the next few days.  This was her choice.

      We have been in business since 2017 and have thousands of customers.  We have guidelines and we adhere to them so that all customers receive the same service and understand the process.  We're sorry this customer feels she has been treated unfairly.  If she'd like, we can offer her a $5 bonus on her next order of acceptable test strips.

      I sent this company 7 boxes or true metric 50ct blood glucose strips to which they received on Monday November 6th at 11:31 am. I have been reaching out to this company all week about my payout and they just keep giving me the runaround. I am so beyond over this place. They said ***** hrs and it's been well beyond that time frame. I have proof on everything if it is needed. The emails that go back and forth, the phone calls I made to them I recorded, not that they answered one time, and the receipt from the post office along with delivery receipt. They owe me $74 dollars and I'm not gonna stop till I am paid.

      I mailed kit containing ****** of ultra blue test strips(100 count in each box). Along with 4 boxes of lancets. The package was mailed out to them on Friday October 20th. In tracking the package, I received an email from the post office stating that the package had been delivered, that a person had picked the package up. Well, I spoke with one of their representatives (******) and she claims the package is lost somewhere in their warehouse. She told me that the package would go through their system in 24 to 48 hours. Well, it's been 5 days now and when I call or text to find out what happened... I'm ignored... I just want to know if some kind of scam is going on...

      on September 12, 2023, I sent to this company TESTSTRIPBUYERS,com a box mailed through the ***** post office on 09/12/23 at 10:24 A.M. Inside the packed box was 5 brand new boxes of freestyle libre 2 sensors, unopened and a reader for the monitoring of blood sugar levels. Unfortunately i was not able to continue usage as the devices did not work for me. The package was delivered to ********, **** *****. I received an email stating the package was received by this company on september 15, 2023 and they would review items and get back to me. Since then I have called the phone number ************ left several messages, name address phone number etc. Also have texted messages to ask for a reply as to why my payment hasn't been received. The weight on the package was 1.lb.13.50 oz. I also tracked this package through **** it was indeed received in **** on Saturday September 15th, 2023. Receipt number is 840-53200428-3-7104254 from the ocala post office where it was mailed.

      I sent my test strips in I was given a scam tracking number then when I called I was told they were going to send me another check now they don't answer phone calls or Gmail this is so sad

      This customer has been making false claims regarding this order. We have been nothing but forthright and honest with this customer. This customer is claiming our tracking number is a scam due to the package being returned back to us with their check enclosed. We are in the process of reissuing out a new check which we have told the customer it will go out tomorrow on Friday September 8th. This is due to one of our team members who processes the checks is out today. We have responded to all emails and phone calls. I personally responded to their email before they filed this claim on BBB. I am lost for words as this customer has been making completely false claims about our business as they have no idea what they are referring to.

      I sent off fresh boxes of strips and heard nothing back. Upon inquiry, test strip buyers claims they cannot pay me for my strips because I "obtained" them thru ********* which I certainly did not. I obtained the strips thru a medical supplier, and am the SOLE owner of them. Reviewing their FAQ, it says they cannot purchase strips OBTAINED thru ********* which does NOT apply to me, since I got them thru a supplier and am NOT a ******** patient.Instead of contacting me to explain, or even acknowledge receiving the shipment, Test Strip Buyers did nothing and kept the strips. Bottom line is, I OWN the strips, I did NOT "obtain" them thru ********* and simply want payment or my property returned.Basically, they are running a scam. Ironically, I obtained the strips legally, but Test Strip Buyers did not.

      Attached is a photo of the boxes of test strips received from the customer.  As you can see each of the boxes has a highlighted comment "For Use ******************** Beneficiaries Only."  We are legally not able to purchase boxes with this statement on them.  The customer included in his complaint statements from our FAQ section that indicates just that.

      Is it legal to sell my extra diabetic testing supplies?
      Yes, you can sell your diabetic test strips if you are the legal owner of them. Anyone can buy test strips, even without a prescription, so as long as you buy the test strips yourself, or receive them legally through an insurance company, you are free to sell them. Diabetic test strips obtained through ******** or ******** are clearly marked for use by ********/******** beneficiaries Only, therefore, they cannot be sold.

      It was never a question of whether the customer legally purchased the test ***********************.  We and no other company can legally purchase test strips that are clearly marked  for use by ********/******** beneficiaries Only.  And any strips we receive that are not on our website or are indicated specifically that we cannot purchase, we do not return to the customer (also stated on our website).
