    I recently used this app called Glewee and was accepted by a brand called Shop Novix for a campaign that would pay me $85. I contacted the brand on their app and they said ok I will send you the product if you create a video for us and they were supposed to pay me after I created the video and posted it on my Instagram which I did. I posted it on my Instagram reached out to the brand on the Glewee app and heard absolutely nothing from the brand. Then I contacted Glewee directly and they told me that I needed an agreement even though I have proof I was accepted for this campaign. Then they told me that I also had to reach out to them on the app which I have proof that contact between the brand and I was solely and directly through the app and nowhere else. Then I heard nothing back from the brand Shop Novix which I have proof, and I told them if they use my content they do not have the rights to that video I created because they did not pay me. Then I reached out to customer service again ant ******************** and they told me theres nothing they can do. Theyre not going to pay me and that I should take this as a learning experience. Im really hoping someone can help me because Im out the money that I was promised and the app itself and the owners did absolutely nothing to protect me in the circumstance. Below I have attached proof of all of our conversations via the app between the brand and I and that I didnt email them because I got an email error. So them saying I needed to initiate contact on the app and thats why I wont get paid which I did is wrong. I attached proof of that as well.
