    Called about a billing with questions about another company and before connecting me Great Values answered first and said I have earned a ****** shopping spree for $4.95. I said ok and my call was put through. Then I checked my debit card and there is a charge for $33.79. Went to my bank and they will research and will delete charge. I went home and received four letters in the mail with different businesses in four different states. but with same envelopes and letter formats.

    I called to pay an ******** Credit Card balance. The person that answered the phone told me I was a lucky caller and had "won" a $100 dining certificate. I asked if this was a scam and he insisted that this was infact real. He said that all I had to do was pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. I asked if this was going to be on any kind of automatic draft and he assured me that it would not. This was on the 22nd of November. I finally received (4) separate papers in the mail on November 27th. To my surprise, I had been enrolled in different programs ($4.95 a month for the dining certificates, $34 a month for some ID protection, and anther enrollment for some kind of 24/7 access to doctors. I called to cancel this on December 1st. I asked the woman multiple times to please list everything that was being cancelled. She only kept saying that everything had been cancelled and no charges would be made. I checked my account later that day and noticed I had been charged $33.79 from Great Value Offers, something that I never signed up for. Had I know that these "dining certificates" involved all of this, I would never have done this. This was a scam. It is a shame that you can't even call to pay a bill without getting scammed. I called Great Value Offers on December 4th to get a refund and explained to them the situation. The guy kept saying I could not get a refund because it was past the 9 day trial period. That is pretty convenient seeing as how by the time I got this, only 7 days had passed. I just want a refund for this, as I WILL NOT be using these so called dining certificates. I am too afraid that these are a scam in themselves and that I will get roped into something else that I have not signed up for.

    I was transferred to a call regarding a free 100 gift card which i never received and had to pay **** on oct 8th for shipping which I never got, along with the another card for 50 dollars they said I could get for free with it. I never received the card they said I would get in 24hrs of the free winners prize, now I am currently dealing with a paycheck on my account that I didnt approve of. They also said that the card was free and no other requirements would be needed or charged. So not only did they lie but have taken money outta my account. With me also doing some research and seeing that they have also done this to others and kept taking out money from their accounts. So before that happens to me I would like a return in my funds and I want my account closed with them. I have not received any merchandise from them and dont want to. The name that also comes up regarding the billing is Great value offers but for the first **** payment is something else.

    I made a complaint before regarding the company Great value offers not too long ago, regarding a refund for the 100 and 50 gift cards I didnt receive. I never received my full amount as they stated they would return while also going to closing any account i had with them? They only returned the **** for shipping but never the ***** they took outta my account after they said they wouldnt charge me further than ****? I just want the rest of my refund so this can be settled and over with. I also never received anything from then nor do I want to besides the rest of my refund of *****.

    This company has demonstrated its ability to portray fraudulent business practices and does not make any attempt to resolve any matters. The numbers you call to resolve the matter do not work. Your credit card is being fraudulently used and there is no way for any resolution to be reached. The intent to mislead is perfectly clear when there is no product, service of any kind provided to the persons who's credit card is being used. The degree of dishonesty I'm sure will not lead to a refund of any sort but the general public should be aware of the degree this company has chosed to hide, shield itself, in order to not resolve any matters as such.My credit card was charge $4.95 on 4-28-2023; and $33.79 on 5-7-2023. I have not given permission to use my card, received any merchandise, service, discounts, products of any sort from this company. I accept this process as fraud and am seeking justice.

    I have been having these transactions every month from GREATVALUEO for $33.79. I have no idea what it could be. Im looking to get this stopped and my money refunded. Didnt notice it until recently and I looked back and it has been taken out for at least 12 months.
