My husband and I found **************************************/Suncoast law Office, through the web, ****************** has very good reviews, we called and spoke with him and decided to hire him to handle our case. ****************** was very polite, took time explaining everything and seemed professional. After paying court fees on March 7th and paying him in full on March 29th, we had already started gathering all the necessary paperwork, on April 19th we had everything done and had scheduled a video call with ****************** so we can go through everything, we did not get to finish that day, so we scheduled another video call on April 20th. That day he sent an email to print and sign the pages and sent back to him through mail, and email the trucking #, said when he gets our signed documents, he will call us for some last details and file our case. We sent everything and showed that it was received it on April 24th. Everything until then was perfectly fine, no issues whatsoever. We emailed him on the 25th if he received the paperwork and if he was going to call us. Until this day May 8th, ****************** has not responded, we have sent numerous emails and left numerous messages at his phone representatives, we had some serious issued regarding our case and left messages to his phone representatives AGAIN and trough emails, that it is URGENT, we got NO response, except of ONE time on May 1st, a week after our video call, he emailed back saying he received our paperwork and he was busy that day and he will get back as soon as he gets free. After that noting again no response until today. Also, after we had called a few times through wife number, each time we would call, it went to busy sound, but when we called from husbands' number, or other numbers, would go through and answered. ****************** knew that our case is time sensitive and had to be filed 2 weeks ago. We request a full refund, this way we can move forward with a different attorney.
