    Was super excited about this program. The intake people and finance people were all awesome. Once you get into the program it’s kind of ridiculous. I was only to my second 1 on 1 but I have been dealing with health issues, something they were informed about, and missed it. I profusely apologized because I felt awful. The therapist texted me for a bit then as soon as I tried to figure out my new time for appointment she stopped responding. It was still my assigned time to be in her session so I texted again and asked do I need to call the line or reschedule with you. She said 1 sec. She called me that evening at 6 something while I was in group so I didn’t answer left me a voice mail saying she was probably just going to drop me because it was my second missed 1 on 1. Definitely not true as I only ever was scheduled for two and I definitely went to the first one. She said text or call me back so immediately texted her back and again no response. I felt weird about how she was handling it and therapy is already. Hard thing for me so I called the care team to switch therapists. No problem, or so I thought. I promptly got a call from the original therapist, whom I told I didn’t have time to talk, and she proceeded to try and guilt trip me and make me super uncomfortable. She tried to say it was because she’s a different time zone, but I texted immediately after. I then said I already handled it I can’t do this right now and she continued on “well I can continue to help you and we can possibly try to switch you therapists.” Thought I already did that? When I called to cancel I clearly stated why I was canceling and then was asked ok but why are you canceling…. If you have anxiety, just calling the first time is hard but having to deal with all that? No thanks. Most the groups are good, but some facilitators ignore some pretty important details about clients. Just not an effective or safe therapy solution in my opinion.
