CallPass Tech LLC reached out to BBB to advise Owl Camera Inc filed for bankruptcy and is no longer in business. The business was asked afterward to assist with providing technical support, customer support and service monitoring. CallPass was not part of any Owl Camera Inc sales in any capacity nor have they purchased any contracts, warranties or any assets from Owl Camera Inc.
Regarding purchases made by consumers from March 1, 2018 and January 1, 2020, these would have been made through Best Buy, Amazon or other vendor relationships Owl Camera Inc had. All of those purchases were made with purchase terms exclusive to the vendors. Any refunds would need to be pursued with the vendors per their purchase terms, not with CallPass Tech LLC. - Additional Info:Matt Godri, Secretary/Treasurer of CallPass, LLC., is also Secretary/Treasurer of Mid-Atlantic Finance Co., Inc.
