Specifically, complaints are filed by clients who pay a subscription for the business to manage marketing and drop shipping for their online store account with large online retailer platforms . Complaints allege the business has a money back guarantee clause, if their online store does not meet sales projections in the one year marketing plan. Complaints further allege having issues obtaining refunds when the store revenue did not meet the growth projected, and in some cases found their online store account was deactivated after allegations of business stocking counterfeit merchandise. In October 2024, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.
