5 starsI was initially so hesitant to call DC Loans but after doing some research on their reputation, I contacted them and Im so glad I did. I was losing sleep about how to pay off my credit card debt and with their personalized help, I was able to find a loan that worked for me. I am now living within my means, able to save AND have a concrete end-date for my credit card debt which has now been consolidated into a manageable monthly payment. The representatives were so caring and professional. They didnt push me into doing anything that I didnt want. Instead, they helped me explore my options so that I could make an informed decision. I am so grateful and I can sleep again!

5 starsThe whole process was super easy. The application took just a few minutes, and the loan rep *** I spoke with was really clear and helpful no pressure at all. They walked me through a few options, and I ended up with a loan that rolled all my payments into one with a much better rate. 1 starI'm not happy with the agent helping me. I have a 1099 job as an Executive Director. When he asked me if I liked any of the offers that came in (two came in), I said no. One rate was astronomical, and one was not for the amount to cover the debt I wanted to consolidate. I was honestnot hateful. He then said, "Well, why don't you get a W-2 job like everyone else?"DC Loans

We're sorry your experience was less than satisfactory with the agent. We've helped clients with all types of various employment and income types for over 19 years. After a supervisor called back and spoke with the client, she admitted that she failed to actually open the email with over 45 loan offers, 8 of which were in fact for even more than what she initially requested - all the way up to $47,200, based on her income and qualification. The agent was simply trying to explain that the rate was slightly higher than estimated due to several factors including debt to income ratios, which was from the way the client reported her income. The client misinterpreted the intent of the agent's explanation and lashed out with a profane comment, which resulted in the agent disconnecting.
Ultimately, our goal is to help our clients get approved for loans, as that's what we do for business. Weve helped numerous clients obtain great loans over the course of nearly two decades of being in business, even many clients that have been denied elsewhere. However, we're not always able to approve everyone at the lowest available rates. Our agents are also trained to be very polite, friendly and accommodating even in the rare event that a client is anything short of polite or amicable.Review fromJohn I

5 starsI worked with ***** ******* for my home mortgage. ***** is professional, attentive, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I were first-time home buyers that ended up buying a house directly from an owner we knew. ***** was so kind in walking me through the buying process and answering any questions. He is very quick to respond and just a really good person. I would recommend ***** to anyone. I was so lucky to have had him recommended to me by a friend. After our closing was delayed by a hurricane, ***** was the one that pushed to get things back on track and made it happen. I honestly don't know how we would have closed without him.DC Loans

5 starsI worked with DC loans to get a deal on consolidating several debts and credit cards. I found the process to be simple and quick. Checked it out at night and the loan was secured the next day.
