We entered into an agreement for mindcloud to integrate our programs with other programs in December 2023 for $12,000. The job was to involve 2 different integrations. This company stated the scope of work would take 6-8 weeks.. once we started it was meeting after meeting pushed out one every week, and not much improvement on the jobs after 6 weeks i started to get worried, i have been passed around to 4 different account managers and 4 different techs that were supposed to manage our connections. The first integration they did a few things and got some of it going but never fully operational, after months and months of complaining about the jobs not being completed the owner finally said he would take over and complete the work, so this right here shows proof that the ceo of the company couldnt get employees to complete the work so he was going to do it after a year and a half from the start of our agreement. But he started the process and promised to work on it everyday till it was done. Well he did a few things and said he would do it in 2 days and I didnt hear from him until a month later when he was trying to say we owed more money. This pushed me over the edge and I will no longer let them drag this out after 2 years and multiple attempts to get them to fix the problem. I feel this is a scam. We are demanding $6500 back as they have never did half the work. And honestly we should request the full amount as they never got the first job working completely with no issues.Business Response

At MindCloud, we always strive to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients. In this case, while we completed the workflows outlined in the original Statement of Work, its clear that the end result did not meet Mr. REMOVEDexpectations.
Looking back, we recognize that we could have been more explicit at the outset in requiring fully detailed requirements before beginning development. Instead, the project evolved as new needs and priorities emerged over time. We continued to support these evolving requests, including items outside the original scope, in an effort to keep the project moving forward and to maintain a positive partnership.
Ultimately, the gap between the contracted deliverables and the customers changing expectations left Mr. REMOVEDunsatisfied with the overall outcome. We regret that this engagement did not result in the experience either party had hoped for.
To bring closure, MindCloud has extended a $6,000 goodwill settlement to Mr. REMOVEDrepresenting nearly half of the original contract amount. This offer is intended to resolve the matter fairly and to allow both parties to move forward.
We remain committed to learning from this experience and to ensuring that future projects include more detailed scoping and tighter alignment from the start.

I am rejecting this response because:Originally the company was trying to offer a refund only if we would remove all our social media reviews, and we could never talk about them to anyone ever. After we talked with our law firm and explained to them that is illegal to try and silence someones reviews in relation to a refund they back peddled. We can not discuss the amount they refunded however we can say we settled. It is very unfortunate it had to take this whole time for them to do what is right. But we do believe that customer should know our experience so they are prepared if they do engage with this business to hold them accountable. It seems in our opinion this company makes a lot of promises and says they can do a lot of things but evidently cant follow through on. We hope they can get better for their sake and improve. When we brought it to their attention they are not a registered business to operate in REMOVEDit now looks like they have done the proper paperwork and filings now so they are legal so that is a step in the right direction but hopefully they can humble themselves a little, make sure they understand the law, and if they are gonna advertise or promise Customer a service they should beable to provide that service to the fullest.
Sincerely,
REMOVEDBusiness Response

REMOVEDsigned a settlement with MindCloud which was completed last week. I attached this for reference, but that closes out any outstanding obligation or expectation from that original statement of work.Customer Answer
